Do not rent with Cool cribs!! Pictures on website used to advertise are a scam…The buildings are old and falling apart with rats!!! They will try to cheat you out of your deposit by entering your room when your not home & cause damage so they can hold your deposit to take deductions do yourself a favour stay clear of cool cribs... We used D&G, in our case Paul Gunn, to find and rent the property first and for the regular maintenance and issues during our stay. Service was professional and very good, no surprises and all very clear allowing us to start our rental with no problems and quite easily and maintenance when we had some minor issues, including a minor leak, has always been very fast and efficient, often mere hours away.
