Temi was really helpful and friendly through the rental process, even though I ask a million questions and am new to the UK renting system.
I honestly don't know where all these top reviews came from, so I'll share my story between me and KFH. They promised great and looked professional when showing me the flat (some wrong information provided during the progress, although I believe they're not intended to), but I faced very different situation after signing the contract with them. I couldn't get any useful information about council tax or utility bills after sending several emails for inquiring, I couldn't get the broken shower fixed after several emails with no reply, I couldn't get any solution when reporting severe formaldehyde odor in the bedroom beside "that's serious are you sure?", not to mention other inquiries that were ignored. Maybe the property manager is either too busy or thinks me as a tenant not worth paying attention to(they even got my name wrong on the contract and I needed to remind them several times to correct it). All these happened within the first 10 days after I moved into the flat, how can I be satisfied or being optimistic here?
Not very responsive, not recommended based on my personal experience.

I am a tenant trying to amend a contract with William Lynch, takes more than one week to get a verbal reply from the agent for a very simple request. Most phone calls are never answered. No written reply or receipt from the agent after having transferred administration fee to the agent's bank account after two days (and still counting). I am in fact still waiting the reply from the agent after sending 3 emails for follow up. Apparently these kind of "low value" services are deprioritised by the agents. I would recommend everyone not to use this agent with such lack of professionalism. In fact if there is a choice of giving no stars I would have given it, but now I have to stick with a one star rating.
Best Estate Agents ever. Extremely helpful, friendly, professional and efficient. Tried different Estate Agents, but Acorn were the one to successfully sale my flat. Communication was great. Taylor was always there for any query and guidance. It is great to have a person like Taylor to whom you can rely on for any advise, as he has vast knowledge on properties and legal matters. I highly recommend Acorn Estate Agents at Kennington London. Thank you to Taylor, Kieron and all staff members at Acorn.
Don’t trust Acorn they always add 5-10 years to the length of the lease , you might have big surprises when you see the documents
