13th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)I felt very fortunate to work with Tom and Lewis from the outset, Tom is a fair minded individual who evaluates carefully his clients and their requirements and it pays off in the relationships he forms which is one of trust. Lewis had only just started at Winkworth when we put our house on the market but delivered great buyers for our house which is very special and important to us as we had loved there for over 27 years
16th Jul 2019 (7 years ago)They informed us about a change in our move-in date less than 12 hours before the original date of the move. The new date was pushed by two weeks. Therefore, as we had already switched all utilities to the new apartment, we had to survive without utilities in the old apartment for two weeks. Moreover, the estate agent we were in contact with was behaving in a very unprofessional and disrespectful way on the phone as we called him to explain the issues. He was shouting at us on the phone and blamed the situation on us, the clients. Furthermore, the agent did not inform us about other issues we faced regarding the move and when asked about it, he claimed to have been in contact with us regarding the problems, which was not true.

He was always friendly, professional, and available whenever we had questions or needed assistance. His communication was prompt and helpful, and we felt well supported throughout. 31st Jul 2026 (3 days ago)I'd highly recommend Richard Jennings to anyone looking for a surveyor. Richard was approachable and a clear, transparent communicator throughout the process. He took the time to understand my concerns about the flat and, where possible, went the extra mile to investigate potential issues. He provided a detailed Level 2 survey report and took the time to talk me through the findings. If you're looking for a knowledgeable and reliable surveyor, I'd highly recommend getting in touch with Richard.
22nd Jul 2026 (12 days ago)Anthony was genuinely the most professional, helpful and friendly estate agent we’ve ever had! From the first viewing, he knew all the answers to our questions, and once we agreed to rent the property, he worked super quickly to get us in within a week. Once in, he has been extremely responsive to any questions or issues we’ve had, sorting some maintenance issues while we were away, and nothing feels like too much trouble. It’s honestly been such a refreshing experience! Would 100% recommend Anthony, it couldn’t have gone any better ??????

Shannon listened to what we were looking for and showed us two amazing apartments, one of which was perfect and is now our home.<br><br>Once the offer was accepted I thought that would be it, but Shannon stayed in touch throughout, checking all was on track, chasing up answers and making sure everything went as smoothly as possible.<br><br>I'd highly recommend Shannon if you're looking for a home or investment property. She's amiable, professional, quick to respond and just SO good at her job! Thank you, Shannon.
2nd Jun 2026 (9 weeks ago)We met Tommy Chalker a few months ago. He was very helpful in allowing us to see a property 3 times when we were not in a position to make an offer. By the time we did have an offer on our own house we had found another property which we liked equally. We knew Tommy had worked hard in getting the GJ property reduced to a price we could afford so it was disappointing that we opted for the other property. He was always, polite, efficient and accommodating. Excellent service! Many thanks Tommy and Garton Jones.

29th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)Pretty seamless purchase process with them. Viewings were quickly arranged, every question asked was answered, the entire process took much less than I anticipated. This agency is legit and Andrew, who I mostly dealt with, was a professional throughout.- 5th Aug 2013 (12 years ago)The worst agency I've encountered during my property search. Attempted to force me into meeting their financial adviser before they'd accepted my offer on a 'fictitious' property they were advertising. An illegal practice. Steer well clear, these jokers will claim you have to be on there 'pre-approved' buyers list before they show you anything and then hounded me for days. Absolute cowboys and a disgrace to the industry. Steer clear!

The stresses of purchasing a house were removed by the professionalism and attentiveness shown to us. If I was looking to purchase in London Joseph would be my first call.
17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)The experience of finding the flat and securing the contract was great! Shemya was super responsive and answered all my questions. She helped fast?track things so I could move in before a big trip, which was very much appreciated. Because of the rush, though, when I moved in the flat still had unwanted furniture and was dirty (which wasn’t the agency’s fault, but due to a non?compliant previous tenant). That said, they were very responsive and quickly arranged for someone to remove the furniture, allowing me to move in just a couple of hours later. Would give five stars, but I’ve currently been waiting over three weeks for a faulty dripping tap to be fixed with no response so far, so still waiting to see how the management side actually is. Will update this review accordingly in the coming weeks/months.<br><br>EDIT: The lack of response was because my emails were going to junk mailbox! Going up to 5 stars as Roberta has been amazing, super responsive to all my issues and concerns and everything that needs repair has been sorted. Thank you!

Communication was smooth, I always received quick replies, I always understood the process and at what stage we were at. All the staff were a pleasure to work with. Kate in particular, who helped me once my offer was accepted, was so helpful, patient, and accommodating throughout our communication. She always went above and beyond to ensure that I understood what was happening, and helped me with any questions I had. Can’t recommend them enough!
