Anthony was genuinely the most professional, helpful and friendly estate agent we’ve ever had! From the first viewing, he knew all the answers to our questions, and once we agreed to rent the property, he worked super quickly to get us in within a week. Once in, he has been extremely responsive to any questions or issues we’ve had, sorting some maintenance issues while we were away, and nothing feels like too much trouble. Terrible letting agency with lack of transparency. I went for a viewing for one of their properties and the agent who attend did not even have any information on the property, or even which room was being offered. They took me through the process of acquiring the room then silence for days. I called them and they said that they had given it to someone else. This was a 1 day after I had followed up on the room and moving in A though was not given to contact me and inform me about the proceedings A Very unprofessional company and letting agency. The worst I have ever experienced.I come from a family who work in letting agencies or own one abroad so this experience was far from good. Even at the end of the Call they didn’t even offer to see if they could help furthers or suggest alternatives. Terrible experience indeed.... Read more
