25th Jul 2026 (8 days ago)Unfortunately, as I need to give the 1 star review based on the experience I have experienced with Keatons. Originally I contacted with Keatons for potential of selling my flat in May 2026. I made it clear at the beginning, my target completion date will be late 2026 and beginning of 2027. And I have agreed the fee at May 2026. However, when I come back to Keatons in July 2026, I have been told by the new director the previous fee can not be honoured and they can only do the deal at much higher fee. And no explanation is given despite I have tried to communicate.

Joel’s attention to detail was outstanding and he was always available to help, returned calls and emails quickly, and kept us informed at every stage. His extensive knowledge of both the local market and the selling process, excellent communication skills and commitment to customer service made the entire experience far less stressful than we expected.<br>Joel was supported by a fantastic team, and together they delivered a seamless service from start to finish.<br>We would have no hesitation in recommending KFH to anyone looking to sell their property.

He kept us informed throughout and managed the viewings with our tenants with care, which is not always easy.<br><br>KFH's tenacity was outstanding and they were always available for questions we had throughout the process. I recommend them highly.

- 13th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)Early in the year we decided the time was right to move and therefore to sell our house. We invited several estate agents to explain to us how they would do this. It became very clear during these consultations that Tony Brick from Gibbs was the best prepared representative, backing up his claims with clear evidence of what Gibbs were capable of delivering.<br>There was a conditional contract to sell the house, at what we consider to be above market rate, in about 10 days.<br>From that point on Tony and the rest of the team at Gibbs performed above expectation to ensure the proposed move reached a successful conclusion.<br>Our heart felt thanks Tony and team. You did what it said on the tin.

Was introduced to him by a corporate firm in Hong Kong and they didn’t let me down, you get a personal and fast approach from him and hes always on the phone when needed. Fast and strong company to deal with, I have used several over the years in my time but all 6 of my properties are now with ernest brooks under Elliot I would simply have no need to use anyone else. If your looking for a good international exposed estate agency I couldn’t recommend Elliot and Ernest Brooks team anymore, easy communication from Asia and a lovely relationship formed over the years ?????? If you live in Asia and need estate agency help, speak to Elliot Rainbow in London hes the best and go from there!

After a few failed attempts at viewings and offers for a one-bedroom flat, I got in touch with Foxtons in Islington. I had an appointment with their agent Alexander, who showed me three interesting properties over one hour. It was a great experience, since we moved around with a Foxtons’ car. Alexander was really friendly and helpful and he recommended and arranged for me to go check one of their flagship made-to-rent buildings the following day, which is where I finally decided to move and got a lease signed. I totally recommend renters to look for Foxtons’ advice and trust Alexander’s experience.
- 27th Jul 2026 (6 days ago)A terrible experience trying to sell my property.<br><br>It started positively, with promises of numerous interested buyers, an optimistic valuation, a quick initial appointment and glossy marketing materials showcasing their local listings.<br><br>Unfortunately, the service deteriorated from there. I received frequent calls described as “market updates”, despite there being no meaningful update to share. At other times, emails went unanswered and calls were not returned.<br><br>Far too many people seemed to be involved—sales managers, team managers and sales agents—but communication between them was poor. I was repeatedly passed between different people, who blamed one another and failed to follow through on agreed actions.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would not recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to sell their property.
