31st May 2026 (9 weeks ago)Don’t ever use dewhurst homes and avoid at all costs A property that we loved recently went up for sale We agreed a visit When we got to the visit the person showing us around had no clue on the property, the onward chain and couldn’t answer basic of questions, not there fault at all. More on the company sending her out when she specialises in rentals, we then put a bid forward and told it was rejected. We then proceeded to put a second offer in, they called us and said our first offer rejected no word on the second offer, we told them the second offer and was told oh this would be rejected and basically laughed down the phone. Third offer sent and same again told it wouldn’t be accepted, we then went above asking price and was told by Dewhurst homes the seller had accepted much higher but not responding so our offer is accepted, we agreed a mortgage and conveyancer and now been told sorry we’ve gone back to original person as been back in touch. Please avoid and take care if having any dealings with these rats

Nicola went above and beyond what other agents would do to solve issues with one of my flats and swiftly found a tenant. Highly recommended.
27th Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)There were several issues. Initially we decided to have accompanied viewing. Our first 2 viewings were only 15 minutes apart which resulted in both sets of viewers here together! We cancelled accompanied viewings but on 2 further occasions viewers told us that their viewings had been put forward at least a week due to "shortage of staff". On the last viewing- just before our contract finished- we had a call from FH asking if we still required accompanied viewing-a matter we had cancelled 5 months before! When the viewers arrived they told us they had tried to view about 3 weeks earlier but were told no-one was available!

17th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Good experience from sale to sold.<br>Would of liked a little more correspondence weekly as the buyer was cash buyer & needed quick exchange & property was empty .could of been down to solicitors but overhaul took.12 weeks from start to them getting keys.<br>I would recommend Ben Rose .Look like have good reputation in Bamber bridge area for properties at the correct pricing .We sold within 7days .

Always going above and beyond, communicating to all parties at all times with constant updates. I particularly loved my sales brochure.
