Multiple confirmed offers within 2-3 days after receiving instruction and definitely not a fluke as it happened with 6 different properties!!????????- Candecia, Suzanna Poullis and especially Aliya were fantastic, well organised, knowledgeable and kept me updated every step regarding amount of interest, block viewings and offers. She was very clear, kind and knowledgeable at all times. I had prompt and timely replies to emails and calls which were always very beneficial. I would recommend portico leyton to others in the future, purely based on how helpful Emily has been!

They were not only highly professional and diligent throughout, but also really down-to-earth. Their advice on my legal rights dealing with a previous pushy agent was invaluable and saved me a significant sums of money at the end. Plus, they were proactive in coordinating everything, ensuring the whole process was wrapped up within just five weeks from offer – something others thought would be impossible. If you're after a smooth property transaction without any fuss, Easymove are the ones to turn to. Seriously, couldn't recommend them enough!

10th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)We used Oakwood to sell a property for probate reasons. Jay came to provide a valuation and guidance as to the process. Dan then became involved in the viewings - we weren't local so he handled all of this. With the realistic valuation and a good posting on their website including great pictures, the house sold very quickly. During the remainder of the process we got regular contact from both Jay and Dan and if we had any questions or left messages they were very prompt in responding. All in all they were terrific and made the whole thing a lot easier for us as a family. Would highly recommend

18th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry
9th Apr 2024 (25 days ago)Target Property has proven to be an incredibly frustrating and unreliable agency to work with. Despite numerous attempts to contact them regarding property viewings and inquiries, they consistently ignore emails and fail to return phone calls. Their lack of communication is astounding - not once have I been able to speak with a representative directly, as my calls always end up in voicemail with no follow-up. Even when I took the initiative to visit their office in person, hoping to get some assistance, I was met with indifference and apathy. It's disheartening to know that I'm not alone in experiencing such poor service from Target Property. Talking to others who have dealt with them recently, it's clear that my experience is not isolated. In conclusion, I would strongly caution anyone against using Target Property for their real estate needs. Their utter disregard for customer inquiries and unprofessional behavior make them a regrettable choice for anyone in search of a reliable property agency.
