Although neither my brother nor myself are local, I could tell Mark was a man of integrity on our first meeting and knew Watsons would help us achieve the best price possible. Their whole process was handled professionally, and we are delighted with the service we received and of course the result. Many thanks!
2nd Jul 2023 (10 mo. ago)We didn’t sell, we removed our house from the market. Nothing to do with the estate agent, but all to do with the interest rate rises and property price drops. We will put our house back on the market in the autumn
25th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)One of the worst eastate agents you will come across never mind Oldham probably in the whole of the country, No one knows what's coming and going and I dont think they're even qualified to run an estate agent. I would avoid this company as much as possible to save yourself from disasters for the tenants and the landlords.

5th Feb 2024 (15 weeks ago)Extremely Disappointing Customer service. All department options available on the phone number actually transfer to voicemails of the responsible heads of said departments. They don't return phone calls - Been trying for a week now. Smaller companies have managed to arrange for virtual assistants who clearly are more effective at ensuring call-backs are actioned.

28th Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)I recently sold a property through Righthaus. I had 3 prospective buyers 2 of which did not go through for different reasons. They got a good amount of viewings unlike another local estate agent who hardly got any viewings for the same property. It sold for just under the valuation price but a good price never the less. Thank you to Amanpreet for keeping on top of things & keeping me up to date with the progress of the sale and for doing a sterling job! I would recommend Righthaus to anyone wanting to sell or buy & would use them again if needed.

The viewing itself was easy and really Informal. All the Information about the property you provided us with at the beginning and we were then left to our own devices to have a look around in our own time and didn’t feel rushed or pressured whatsoever so thank you for that. I’d 100% approach Olly in the future if I was to sell/rent my property as I was very impressed with the service. Thank you again.
