In the final stages of completing she was very helpful in getting it sorted, dealing with both solicitors and clients in a long chain of six! It has been an emotional process with many ups and downs, and both my husband and I are truly grateful to Joeanne and Kerry for staying alongside us throughout. Their patience, understanding, and steady support meant a great deal during what was sometimes a stressful and uncertain time. Joeanne, in particular, was incredibly kind, reassuring, and encouraging when we needed it most. We deeply appreciate their professionalism, persistence, and genuine care in helping us reach this important milestone. 25th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)We loved the photos of the property, really felt good that my brother and sis in law found this place. But then they moved in, met with disgusting state of the property, almost 10 hours of cleaning plus professional services, then more drama came from the real estate agent, and maybe a careless landlord. Our family have rented properties, since then we have bought and now we have properties of our own to rent out, never in my life I have met with this level of carefree management and horrible professionalism. I hope for the best and I wish you guys can improve yourselves, or quit and do something else you guys really care about. But working like this, is not the way.

28th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)My experience with Hamilton bower was excellent. Friendly staff on the ball and very intentive. Sold my property very quickly. Della was especially helpful offering to help with filling in any paper work from the conveyancer I thought that was a nice touch.

On the other hand, Darran, who showed us around the property, was polite, professional, and knowledgeable.

It took me a year to sell my apartment due to the long conveyancing process of selling leasehold apartments and a first buyer pulled out very close to the end of the process. But Claire and the team found two buyers in very quick succession and had the property taken off the market. They are very quick and attentive to the admin requirements when dealing with a property sale and also good at keeping you in the loop with chasing solicitors through the sale process. I have deal with a few estate agents over the last year but Claire and her team are by far the best.

21st Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)Property is marked as sold, initially they valued my property price very low if I hadn’t argued yet it sold within two weeks after being put on the market. Communication is very slow, no updates at all, everything is just at stand still no updates of what’s happening, Ella doesn’t respond to emails at all sometimes.

They gave me two price estimates - to sell with and without improvements. Once on the market, Kaylee kept in touch and answered any questions I had. The service was excellent from start to finish and I would recommend them to anyone!

A couple of offers came in very quickly but fell through due to issues for our buyers. Then another extremely keen offer came in. This person had many issues selling their property which meant the process took literally ages! The team at Hanson's, especially Beth went over and above to keep us informed every step of the way. It was stressful because it went on a long time and the delays were outside any of our control (we'd decided to stick with our committed buyer because we really wanted our house to go to someone who loved it), but Hanson's were just excellent. We really appreciated the personal touch we received and everyone communicated brilliantly every step of the way. Thank you
