21st Aug 2026 (27 days ago)I have been renting out my apartment through 'Charles & Co' for around 20 years, and I can honestly say that I have had an excellent experience throughout.<br><br>Over such a long period, they have consistently been professional, reliable, helpful and responsive. I have always felt that my property was in safe hands, and any issues that arose were dealt with efficiently and with no hassle for me as a landlord.<br><br>I have now sold the apartment, bringing our long association to an end, but I would like to take this opportunity to thank them for their excellent service over the years.

Both Keith and George are friendly, professional and not pushy/salesman like in the slightest. George could not have been more helpful throughout the whole process. They know their market, offer very competitive commission rates and provide a brilliant service - if I had to ever use an Estate Agent in this area again, I would 100% use Alexander Keen.
23rd Sep 2024 (1 year ago)If I could give 0 stars, I would. I opted to withdraw my offer on a property despite being so over the moon it was accepted and loving the house. So sorry to the seller, but it was not worth risking my mental health in dealing with an abrupt, pompous individual. Didn’t even acknowledge my email, though unsurprising given the communication thus far! Shame Rightmove doesn’t allow you to filter out agents!- 25th May 2025 (1 year ago)The branch manager in Bramley is the most friendly and efficient agent that I have had the pleasure dealing with in regards to the whole process of selling my property. This sale had been the most stress less had I have ever experienced and would have no issue recommending his services in the future.
