25th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)Arrogance at the highest level! Was informed 24 hrs prior that my valuation had to be moved as a staff meeting was more important. Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!! Lesson learned!!!

Shari lead our process and was fundamental in making the process as smooth as possible, even when changes occurred or plans changed. Shari worked with both sell & buy side solicitors to speed up the process and make sure everyone was happy.

We encountered them when buying a house a few years ago and were impressed at their fairness in handling the buyer/seller balance. Hence tje decision to use them when selling. This last transaction fell at a difficult time and had some complications but they showed patience, persistence, courtesy and even humour. In brief, we trust them.

We were buying from overseas, and his support in virtual viewings and addressing programme and technical issues, was invaluable. We are extremely happy with our new house and remain on good terms with the Vendors, who have also been very helpful with the transition of ownership.
5th Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)We dealt with Richard Towler in respect of the purchase of our property in North Yorkshire. There were significant complications in the purchase which resulted from problems with our sale but Richard was able, through his patient and attentive approach, to keep everyone motivated to conclude the transaction. Whilst he didn't deal with our sale we would certainly use him in the future should we ever decide to sell our property. Although acting for the seller he made sure that we were kept informed about the latest position and was courteous and professional in all of his dealings with us without being intrusive.

From my initial contact, they have relentlessly kept great communication in what is a difficult market, to find our "forever house". Tom and Edward's experience is second to none. Were very good at pointing out all the highlights of the property we might have missed on first viewing and weren't pushy at all. Did a great day of sorting out a day of viewing other properties at our request and created a easy to manage schedule with very friendly agents. When came to purchase the house they were quick to respond to all messages and were a great link to the developers and helped guide us to get something that suited both parties. Did a great job in moving in day to get us over the line linking in closely with solicitor, developers and smoothing over last minute issues. Thank you very much Leanna and Jordan
