18th Jun 2022 (1 year ago)Wanted to view a few let properties. Was called and was told someone would get back to me after asking if I had pets and they never did. The property was advertised falsely too upon speaking with the agent.

The local market knowledge, professionalism and communication were to the best of the standards. We would highly recommend to hire / use Pink street for anything related with properties selling / buying.

19th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Arranged a home visit promptly after our enquiry. Really knowledgeable about the area and resent sales etc. Gave us sensible advice about the selling price. Best selling fees from any of the agents in the area. Excellent brochure of photographs produced. Mark, Dan, Nigel, Laura and Rachel have all been so helpful steering us through something we are not familiar with. We highly recommend Treagust's Estate Agents

We will definitely look to use AJM in the future when the time comes again to move! I genuinely couldn’t recommend them enough, Martin was to the point, personal and very honest throughout the sale. He treated us like actual people and not like a source of income, and when things got stressful and intimidating, he kept us fully up to date at all hours going above and beyond to get us our first house. If you want to buy/sell a house with people who treat you like humans and show proper decency, these are the guys.

My sale was particularly protracted, but Strutt & Parker supported me every step of the way and ensured that the sale came to a successful conclusion, despite a number of setbacks caused by a related sale further up the chain. It was only the care and attention that Strutt & Parker took that ensured the sale kept on track. Wonderful service.

We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year. Well less then two weeks an offer was in and the house is sold. would highly recommend Mark and also Agency UK to anyone trying to sell in this tough market

The buyers that we had lined up for us were all interested in buying the property, but typical of today, not many had there houses on the market, but not a load of time wasters that I had with other agents in the past. Would highly recommend them,
