Don’t care about there property’s when things would go wrong, wouldn’t see it as an emergency, a lot of people have had bad experiences with them. Manager is rude laughs on the phone and speaks to you like she thinks she’s royalty.

Throughout the buying process they have kept us informed and updated, we always felt that they were trying their very best to give us a truly trouble free stressless experience. 10th Jul 2024 (17 days ago)Selling a home on behalf of an elderly relative comes with many stresses. Sou was superb, to say the least, going above and beyond repeatedly to help. She understood the complexity of the situation and went out of her way to make the process as easy and as stress free as I could have wished for. As I also didn't live locally to the property, Sou ensured the viewings, were fully taken care of. She provided updates, advice and support in the offer stages, and the house was sold in under a month. Even after the SSTC stage, Sou helped me arrange for access for surveys and trades, etc. Never failing to be the first to update me, ahead of the instructed solicitors. The whole Tamlyns team are professional, yet fully engaged in making the process as smooth as possible. I would not hesitate in recommending Sou and the Tamlyns team for a house sale/ purchase. Thank you for your help and kindness.
8th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)Shambles of a letting agency. Complete neglect of any issues that have occurred within the house. Disregard of any complaints, problems would rather be avoided than resolved. Only 1 working shower between 5 tenants, which leaks into the kitchen on occasion. The other bathroom cannot be used as it will leak into another housemates room. Avoid at all costs.

When we found our dream home we had absolutely exceptional support from Jayne with the Cheddar team (James and Leanne) providing additional assistance; nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was proactive in helping us get to completion. Absolutely no complaints and would definitely recommend L&W when searching for your next property. Thank you all we are very grateful.
