22nd Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Used these guys in my move that completed in January 2021 to Worle and honestly these guys are pretty awful. Didn’t keep us updated with our buyers progress, so we had to get this directly from the buyer by texting them. Unfortunately they didn’t get the exact details of our buyers situation which delayed things massively and almost cost us our move. Then when I went to drop off the keys on the morning of the move they said “oh, are you moving today?”. The word clueless comes to mind.

He was friendly, we felt very comfortable talking with him and he answered all our questions. Highly recommend.

12th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Tamlyns managed my rental property for 2 years without issue at a reasonable fee. They also acted as my agent when I eventually sold the house, and did their role adequately. In managing the property they were honest throughout, leaving both me as the landlord and the tenants quite content. They kept good track of landlord liabilities, and recommended tradesmen to complete routine and emergency repairs impartially. Communication is good, though sometimes quite brief.
8th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)Shambles of a letting agency. Complete neglect of any issues that have occurred within the house. Disregard of any complaints, problems would rather be avoided than resolved. Only 1 working shower between 5 tenants, which leaks into the kitchen on occasion. The other bathroom cannot be used as it will leak into another housemates room. Avoid at all costs.

When we found our dream home we had absolutely exceptional support from Jayne with the Cheddar team (James and Leanne) providing additional assistance; nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was proactive in helping us get to completion. Absolutely no complaints and would definitely recommend L&W when searching for your next property. Thank you all we are very grateful.
