9th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)I rented a property from countrywide, had a really bad experience there were issues with leaks, which they took weeks on end to fix, at one point we were living there with a really bad smell coming from the bathroom as the toilet was leaking we suffered for weeks on end, kept telling us they couldn’t get hold of landlord to get permission for repairs, absolutely sick, didn’t carry out gas safety checks we were there over a year, the carbo monoxide alarm wasn’t working, before i left I cleaned the property thoroughly left it absolutely sparkling as I wanted my deposit back, but guess what it’s been nearly 4 months and they are fighting me to keep my deposit saying the property wasn’t cleaned and I had damaged the property, I don’t know how they are getting away with all these lies just to steal my deposit . One unhappy and angry tenant , I would give them a minus star if it was possible , getting through wasn’t easy sometimes it was a couple of days before I had contact with them

The whole process was handled efficiently and professionally, with clear communication throughout. I was kept informed at every stage, and any questions I had were answered promptly and in a straightforward manner, which made what can often be a stressful process much easier. The sale progressed smoothly, and everything was completed within the expected timeframe. I particularly appreciated their attention to detail and proactive approach in dealing with any issues that arose. I would highly recommend this solicitor to anyone looking for a reliable and professional conveyancing service.

They carried out appropriate inspections and safety checks. I would use them as a property manager or a tenant in the future and would definitely recommend.

6th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Unfortunately, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very disappointing, mainly because of poor communication and a lack of professionalism throughout the process.<br>Before our house was put on the market, Amanda was very confident that she could achieve a certain price for our property. However, our first concern was when the photos were taken using a phone rather than professional camera equipment. Although phone cameras are good these days, the photos did not have the quality we expected for selling a property. When the advert went live, there were too many photos, and some did not show the house in the best way.<br><br>The biggest problem for us was communication. After the first week, it became difficult to get updates. There were very few viewings, and things did not improve while we were with them. Calls often went unanswered, and promised call-backs rarely happened. We often felt like we were chasing them for information rather than being kept updated.<br><br>After around three weeks of frustration, we decided to end our agreement with them. What disappointed us most was that there was no real effort to understand why we wanted to leave. We were simply asked to pay the marketing fee so the property could be taken off the market. Once we paid, the only reply we received was confirmation of payment and a short “good luck” message.<br>After this, I noticed I had been blocked on WhatsApp and social media. I also emailed about removing the “For Sale” sign but received no reply or confirmation that this had been arranged.<br><br>Overall, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very poor. Based on what we experienced, I would not recommend them to others. The level of communication, professionalism and customer service was not what we expected when selling our home.

5th Mar 2026 (6 mo. ago)Very unimpressed with this company.Frlt they were all promise with no substance, made several assertions to get our business which we found to be inaccurate.Did not listen to us throughout and did not respond well to feedback. Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.

They kept in regular touch with us re the progress of our sale and offers. Overall an amazing home move experience and I would recommend Momo without any reservations. A five star overall experience!
