Even you log an urgent issue you just get completely ignored .The contractor they given endless excuses about being away or having accidents and don’t show up on the time he promise . They literally do not care about you at all once you sign the contract and move in. Zero communication and terrible customer service.

Didn't sell straight away but had plenty of people through the door the whole time. Paige is an absolute star and went above and beyond, as did Megan. We will hopefully never move again but would use William H Brown again if we did

26th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)The original estimate was £180k. I moved to a modern auction on their recommendation with an asking price of £120k after no interest. There was not interest at £120k and currently I'm selling the property privately at £95k.
