   lier staff in maintenance team , they never fixed thing shower heating not working since a week keep on telling someone come around nothing happen , give a smelling carpert promise to be clean once moved ask to clean it they say we organized someone to come and clean nothing done basically lier staff be carefull when taking any property for rent form this agent . as something goes wrong they not gona fixed it....    Deal with this estate agent will be nightmare you prepare to be. just bought a house in guildford. given the offer to the seller. the estate agent pushed price and arrange unrealistic exchange and completion date. this results in the seller withdraw the listing. half year later, the seller is ready to sell. the estate agent disclosure both the sellers and buyers personal information to financial brokers and insurance thirdparties for marketing. during the communication with them, it is hugely unreliable and unfriendly. no customer service and professionalism. at the completion date, the sellers cannot give keys to estate agent and the buyers waste time to wait for the keys to be given. completely rubbish. both the sellers and buyers should be avoid..... Two offers and are now sold subject to contract. Tony was a great help throughout the process; He explained all the steps clearly, took brilliant photos of my flat, and always communicated with updates and notifications for viewings.    We were really pleased with the way Mayhews handled our sale. From the start they were sensible about the need for Covid safety. They really understood the reasons we loved our house and amazingly found a family that similarly fell in love with the house in a few days. They also tried their best to keep the pressure on everyone in the chain giving us regular feedback so that we knew which were the sticking points.
