We had made a substantial offer on a house but chose to withdraw based on this as we couldn't confidently believe we would receive fair and respectful engagement. whilst we spoke with the management we detected an acceptance of the poor behaviour but not a willingness to address it. Apologies to the seller but they did not represent you well at all and we simply avoided any house for sale via this branch (llandudno).

Our estate agent took the time to get to know us on a personal level, and made the effort to understand our needs. He explained the marketing strategy, answered all enquiries with detail and oversaw all the viewings. He really owned the process and kept us updated every step of the way! Looking back now, the journey has been nothing but an enjoyable success. Thank you
