She was always approachable, communicated clearly and made everything much easier and less stressful for me.<br>I really appreciate all the support and excellent service I received from Evie. 23rd Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Good home agencies but there was a “financial lady” who was definitely a red flag.<br>1. I was forced to talk with this lady to meet their “qualifications”.<br>2. Claim free services but then actually charge mortgage fees on application (no matter successful or not)<br>3. Pressure sales of very expensive insurances<br>4. Wouldn’t take no for an answer, unnecessarily worry customers by saying clients could be making mistakes by rejecting their advice or putting children’s future at danger

31st Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Marie’s remarkable work ethic We were with another agent for 6 months, they showed know interest or drive to sell our house. We decided to go with a different agent. We went with Marie from fine and Country Marie had the drive and a different outlook on the selling of our home . She booked one open day for potential buyers to view, on that day we had a disaster, a water leak!!! (we were away at the time) Marie not only sold our house in it’s worst state , she helped with the clean up !! We were kept informed all the way through out the sale of our home . We would highly recommend Marie for her outstanding service , positive attitude and her remarkable work ethic!!
1st Sep 2026 (27 days ago)I rented with Winkworth for four years, and it was genuinely a pleasure using their service. Natasha and her team helped me secure the flat in the first place to dealing with any issues relating to the property or the building itself, everything was always handled promptly and professionally.<br><br>Whenever I contacted them, I usually received a response within the same day, and any issues were dealt with efficiently. At the end of my tenancy, my full deposit was also refunded without any problems.<br><br>Having rented through several different agencies over the years, I can confidently say Winkworth were by far the best and easiest to deal with. I’m really glad I had the opportunity to experience such a positive and professional service. I would definitely recommend them!

Jen was approachable, lovely and available throughout the whole process. She was on it and helped nudge things along with solicitors when needed.<br><br>Although we don’t plan on moving again anytime soon, it would be a no brainer to list with the team, they are fab!
6th Sep 2026 (22 days ago)Avoid this company they made buying our first home an awful experience. I’d especially advise you to avoid Susie Ralston and Paul Howell. Told me the role as an estate agent is to list and sell a property and any chasing of a chain is simply a good will gesture and falls outside of the estate agent’s ethics.<br>They had the audacity to advise thier contact log showed 32 contact points since April. Yes 32 times I had to chase and ask for updates to which I was met with nothing meaningful and to contact my solicitor. They also had the cheek to say I knew the vendors daughter in law so I had updates from them - shouldn’t have to justify I know sometime from a school run not personally as a friend.<br>Ignored my complaint request for compensation.<br>Property onbudsman is my next step.

The team were approachable and took a thoughtful, personal approach rather than making the process feel rushed. They communicated clearly, listened to what I needed, and were helpful whenever I had questions. Everything was handled in a friendly and professional manner, and I would happily recommend them to others.
