We have had a rocky time selling our house, with buyers pulling out for various reasons, and Sophie has been by our side being positive and supportive throughout. We have finally sold and exchanged and are nearing completion, but every time I ring or message Sophie, she replies straight away or gets back in such a short time. She is an absolute asset, and I would highly recommend Bairstow Eves and Sophie. She is so invested in helping out and genuinely has made this hard journey so much smoother. Thank you..!!

Courteous and friendly to a person, we had a very good experience when selling our house near Framlingham. I’m sure this applied to people viewing and buying as well. C&S have excellent local knowledge and experience and this significantly helped with selling our very old listed property.

25th Feb 2025 (9 weeks ago)We used Your Ipswich to sell our first home, the whole process was smooth and quickly managed from start to finish. Our home was marketed accurately and viewings were performed well around our schedule. We dealt mainly with Karl who seemed down to earth and honest and he was the main reason we went with Your Ipswich. They also had the best rates compared to other agents in our area and provided incentives for sellers which was a bonus. Would definitely use them again for our next sale.

And my sincerely thanks goes to Megan power for all her help and support in making sure that I rented this amazing and beautiful house. There requirement was so moderate, no stress in the process. I must confess that i will recommend Harris and wood renting agent to my friends and people who would want to rent a house because there are the best. 13th Feb 2025 (10 weeks ago)The service I received from all members of staff, who I dealt with at different times was excellent. Special thanks though to Janet Norris, who did absolutely EVERYTHING she could to make our sale a success. She dealt with my husband and myself, and our constant questions, keeping us updated in what was a very laborious wait for completion. She also communicated with our solicitor and the estate agent for our purchase (same solicitor for sale and purchase). Plus she kept us fully informed about the sale of our house, and the reasons for the delays with the purchasers. Janet explained things to us, this kept us going at times when we simply had had enough of waiting for answers to questions from the solicitor. We have now been in our new home nearly three months, and at times we were almost ready to pull out, but the support from Janet kept us going I couldn't recommend this company enough.

It was nice also to only have to deal with one person rather than having to leave messages with colleagues. She was always there for us and her positive attitude helped us through some sticky moments. Thank you Jade.

From start to finish, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. They were extremely responsive—whether by email or phone, they always got back to us promptly whenever we contacted them. The entire process, from the initial viewing to the final handover, was seamless. On the day we received the keys, everything was perfectly prepared: a full inventory checklist, contract copy, and all relevant keys were handed over without any delays. They were very warm, welcoming, and punctual throughout the entire experience, never wasting our time. We were treated with great respect—there was absolutely no discrimination, just genuine professionalism and kindness. A special mention to Bailey, who was an amazing gentleman.
