20th May 2026 (19 weeks ago)Don't bother to clean up too much, no matter how hard you try they will still charge you hundreds of pounds. After living at one of their properties for just 6 months, I handed over the house as clean as I got it but they still charged me £560 for deep cleaning. Very disappointed I DON'T RECOMMEND IT!

They have managed my properties with efficiency and fairness whilst always having time to discuss issues with me. Several of my property's have also been sold by them with again being very helpful and always on hand to direct and advise. Thank you
11th Sep 2026 (17 days ago)I recently moved into a property via Tucker Gardner and had a very difficult start. On arrival, the garden fence was badly broken and both front and back gardens were not cleaned. I was told this would be fixed within one week and that I should deal with the property management team.<br>I was also given keys that did not work for the back door. It took two days before the back lock was replaced and I finally had working keys.<br>Worst of all, the gas connection was delayed because the previous tenant had an outstanding bill. I had to wait nearly 10 days before gas and hot water were available in the property. I have two young children, and during that time we had no hot water or gas.<br>I believed their word because Tucker Gardner is a reputed company, but in future I would not trust verbal promises until everything is actually done. If you are moving with this company, please make sure the property is in a liveable condition from your first day. Don’t rely on what they say will be fixed “soon” – get it done before you move in, or at least get clear written deadlines and compensation.<br>This is not a hate comment; it is my real experience. I don’t want any other family, especially with children, to go through the same crisis.<br>Landlords and agents should not let a property until it is clean, safe, and ready to live in from day one. Tenants pay security deposits and advance rent on time; it is the agent’s responsibility to provide a good standard of service so people can move in without hesitation or hardship.

7th Sep 2026 (21 days ago)The house itself was unfortunately too small for us, but what really stood out was the excellent customer service we received from the very first phone call through to the viewing today.<br><br>We’ve been looking at houses and arranging viewings for several months now, and I have to say that Mark was by far the most professional and polite agent we’ve encountered so far.<br><br>He was a world away from the agents who simply open the door and leave you to look around on your own. Mark was genuinely engaged and enthusiastic. He took the time to tell us the story of the house, knew the answers to all our questions, paid attention to what we were looking for, really listened to us.<br><br>That level of care and personal attention is rare, and it makes such a difference to the house-viewing experience. Even though the property wasn’t the right fit for us, we wanted to leave this feedback because Mark’s professionalism and customer service genuinely stood out.

I first arranged a valuation for a probate sale, and Daryl was exceptionally helpful, respectful, and understanding of the circumstances throughout.
