31st Dec 2025 (25 weeks ago)We used Linay and Shipp for selling our house and buying a new house, and were very impressed by their service right from the start to finish. Every staff is helpful and lovely, nothing is ever too much trouble for them. They provided a professional photographer taking high quality photos for our property, and we had three viewing requests within two hours after the property listed. They were also very good with dealing with different types of buyers, and really stood up for us when there were unreasonable requests. They helped us manage the tedious conveyancing process: chasing solicitors and providing us with regular update in terms of what is going on. They made the whole house selling process much less stressful. In terms of finding our new home, they were very engaging in showing us the property, and were patient in answering all our questions. We requested two more viewings of the property after made an offer, and they were just as patient and helpful as we haven’t made an offer. In fact, we have learnt lots of great ideas on property improvements from them, and are implementing some of them right now. A big thank you to Breda, Jacqui, Lucy, Debbie and Helen for taking good care of us throughout the whole process, and we would recommend to them to anyone in a heartbeat!

Kim Batchelor was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, always keeping us informed and going above and beyond to coordinate between all parties. Julie Speller provided excellent advice from the very beginning and helped us understand the process clearly. Rian, the Branch Manager, ensured everything ran smoothly, and Yvonne's administrative support kept things organised and on track. The whole team's professionalism and warmth made what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable. We would highly recommend Wards to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the area.

26th Feb 2026 (17 weeks ago)We started with the ‘well known large Kent estate agent’ who were absolutely dire and let us down badly, whereas Firefly gave sensible advice, were always responsive and always answered the phone. A smaller independent agent like Firefly gives you the same Rightmove coverage as those giant agents but with more reasonable fees and staff that actually care about their customers. We would whole-heartedly recommend Firefly.

They're constant updates, clear communication, patient and understanding. Especially lady Louise that lady really know her job. Very professional, patient and Queen of updates. What blew my mind about Andrews Property Group was how fast they operate. They use only 72 hours to do everything. From viewing to securing the property, to reference to pay and then waited for moved in date . Was now drama, I remember when I got the house I told me college at work and when I'm moving in and she whaaat, Grace can you gave me their contact and I said say. Because they really deserve recommendation for They're amazing job. My partner was traveling but wanted to get me the place before he leave and gist what ,lady Louise and Andrews Property Group did for us . I said it before and I'm saying it again, Andrews Property Group company is my first ever house Agency who gave me stressless moving in. And they make sure our move in is smoothly and stress free by sending me i link to help me go through all my utilities. That's was wonderful and perfect idea. I work on the 12th December 2025.the day we moved into Property without any stress because of lady Louise and Andrews Property Group perfect and professional job.we are forever grateful.

29th May 2026 (26 days ago)We have just exchanged contracts on a house marketed by Strutt & Parker, and Aaron Turner has been a delight to work with. Although he was acting for the vendor, he invested more time and energy in keeping our purchase moving than our own estate agents did with our sales. He is calm, measured, experienced, proactive, and an excellent communicator. When my partner’s sale fell through and we had to pull out of the chain temporarily, Aaron was pragmatic and constructive about helping to get things moving again quickly. Since then, he has worked hard behind the scenes to keep momentum going. Having dealt with mediocre and poor estate agents in the past, Aaron — and by extension Strutt & Parker — stands out as the best we have experienced.

20th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)Enquired about a property on 30th March by email, didn’t hear anything, so called the office every day for a week just to clarify if the property was still available, each time a team member took my details and said they would get the person dealing with the property to call me back. I never received a call, I then was given the direct number and email for the person dealing with the property so tried to contact them several times myself with no luck. It’s now 20th April, I never heard back Customer service is on the floor

He was always on top of things, chasing up solicitors and making sure everything ran smoothly. Brian was a pleasure to work with — friendly, professional and so helpful. Encouraged to drop the asking price rather soon after signing, I felt the target customer of my property was poor and I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell the property as such. Wouldn’t use again - lots of promises and no follow through.
