Once the offer had been accepted the sale was dealt with very efficiently. Those that we had the most contact with were Ben, Shannon, Sanyell, and Jake. All helped to make the process so much easier and it was a pleasure to work with you. Thank you so much, I will certainly be recommending your services.
7th Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)We recently had the good fortune to purchase a property in Biggin Hill that was being marketed by Ibbot moseley. We were fortunate to be assisted by Tara and Ian , the process threw up a good few challenges on both sides . Through all the information we found Tara to be ahead of the game every step of the way, she made sense of all the info and always had the right options for us to continue moving forward. Both my wife and myself would very much like to thank Tara for every phone call she made which made the process understandable and therefore calm . 23rd Feb 2026 (28 days ago)I traveled 225 miles to view and Liam didn’t turn up. I called their office, left a voice mail and they didn’t return my call even though the office was open because I passed later in the day and popped in. The lady did apologise but insinuated it was my fault because I booked the viewing approx. 4 weeks earlier. Still no call from Liam to this day.
18th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)My sale went very smoothly. The initial valuation from Simon proved very accurate and I and others loved the video tour. Chloe in particular was very good with potential purchasers.

23rd Feb 2026 (28 days ago)Do not deserve even 1 star. The advertisement was completely misleading. The photos showed a flat in perfect condition, but when I arrived, workers were inside and the entire flat was in a broken, unfinished state. Wasted my 2 hours.<br>The owner, Anthony, was extremely unprofessional and did not bother to answer basic questions. His attitude was disrespectful and showed no concern for potential tenants.<br>Avoid at all costs.

Rebecca has been an amazing agent, she answered all queries promptly and has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I can’t recommend her enough.

10th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I contacted Russell at first on looking at reviews . I had been with other agents for over a year without success . Within a week of signing up with Russell I had 4 viewings , one of which made an offer which resulted in an exchage of contracts in February 2026. It has been a bit of a long route due to my not finding a property but we got there in the end due to great service from Russell himself, Jenny and our progresser Kirsty who was on the case all the time. You will not go wrong with Russell , he is honest, straightforward, always available and goes that extra mile as do all of the team.

20th Feb 2026 (4 weeks ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates. Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings. Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
