The team have been fantastic across both the lettings and sales sides and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent in the area. They were instrumental in getting the sale over the line, assisting with coordinating quotes from contractors following the survey and keeping both myself and the buyer fully informed throughout the process.

I was viewing on my own with two small children and she accommodated us fantastically and kept my eldest entertained so I could focus on the property. She was incredibly caring and no questions were too much to ask.

27th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)Dozy. Duplicitous. Asleep at the wheel. Unresponsive. Out of touch with the market. Unable to find genuine buyers or close deals. Premises on the high street doesn’t necessarily make for a good estate agent.
2nd May 2026 (8 weeks ago)We had been looking to move house for around 4 years and given the majority of estate agents we dealt with i can understand why they have the reputation that they do... Lewis is totally different! Throughout the whole process he felt more like a friend than an agent! He was always one phone call or message away and he always went above and beyond to ensure he was helping to the best of his abilities. I now understand why Lewis often mentioned his phone battery was about to die as it is clear he must treat every client with the same care and consideration! Going forwards I will only be looking to use Lewis for any property dealings and I have already recommended him to family and friends - who are using him! Thanks once again for all your help Lewis!

The focus on the presentation helped get people in the door and I believe heled them see themselves in the flat. He was helpful through the offer process when I was keen to take the first one. I’m glad I didn’t.

10th Feb 2026 (19 weeks ago)I contacted Russell at first on looking at reviews . I had been with other agents for over a year without success . Within a week of signing up with Russell I had 4 viewings , one of which made an offer which resulted in an exchage of contracts in February 2026. It has been a bit of a long route due to my not finding a property but we got there in the end due to great service from Russell himself, Jenny and our progresser Kirsty who was on the case all the time. You will not go wrong with Russell , he is honest, straightforward, always available and goes that extra mile as do all of the team.
