31st Dec 2025 (18 weeks ago)We used Linay and Shipp for selling our house and buying a new house, and were very impressed by their service right from the start to finish. Every staff is helpful and lovely, nothing is ever too much trouble for them. They provided a professional photographer taking high quality photos for our property, and we had three viewing requests within two hours after the property listed. They were also very good with dealing with different types of buyers, and really stood up for us when there were unreasonable requests. They helped us manage the tedious conveyancing process: chasing solicitors and providing us with regular update in terms of what is going on. They made the whole house selling process much less stressful. In terms of finding our new home, they were very engaging in showing us the property, and were patient in answering all our questions. We requested two more viewings of the property after made an offer, and they were just as patient and helpful as we haven’t made an offer. In fact, we have learnt lots of great ideas on property improvements from them, and are implementing some of them right now. A big thank you to Breda, Jacqui, Lucy, Debbie and Helen for taking good care of us throughout the whole process, and we would recommend to them to anyone in a heartbeat!

He was so helpful, polite and nothing was to much trouble. After having a very negative experience with a different estate agent it was so good to have found Rian. We can't recommend enough. Definitely made the process easier. Many thanks from happy honebuyers

From day one, they’ve always been professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. Lisa is absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that tenants feel heard and looked after. Any issues I’ve had over the years have been addressed promptly and with real attention to detail. It’s rare to find a property management team that truly values both the property and the people living in it — but Lisa and her team really do. I feel lucky to be renting through them, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and friendly agency.

13th Apr 2026 (26 days ago)We have just sold our House through Colebrook Sturrock, Sandwich branch, in April 2026. From initial valuation to completing on our sale took just 7 weeks and was incredibly stress free. Our sale was handled by Sarah who has been fantastic from start to finish. This is not a one-off experience as we have bought and sold houses through Sarah before and can honestly say that she is, hands down, the best estate agent we have ever dealt with! Sarah really knows her stuff, but above all she’s a great communicator with a human touch, which really does make both buying and selling a pleasure. We have had the best experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Colebrook Sturrock.??????????
26th Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)We started with the ‘well known large Kent estate agent’ who were absolutely dire and let us down badly, whereas Firefly gave sensible advice, were always responsive and always answered the phone. A smaller independent agent like Firefly gives you the same Rightmove coverage as those giant agents but with more reasonable fees and staff that actually care about their customers. We would whole-heartedly recommend Firefly.

27th Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)Very grateful to Stuart and Lewis at Bromley Property Company. They managed to sell my mother's house in less than a week for the full asking price. A very impressive feat given how tough the market is for sellers at the moment! They're extremely helpful, friendly people to deal with and did a great job of liaising between my mother and the buyer. To top it all off, their fees are much lower than most local estate agents. I'll definitely use Bromley Property Company when I sell my own property. Huge thanks, Stuart and Lewis!

We made the mistake of not going with them from the start of the process - and were blown away by how good they were when we moved to them after many fruitless months and much frustration. Edward handled things so well. He was incredibly thorough and dedicated, empathetic and sensible. He kept us fully informed throughout, was proactive, showed copious common sense and offered wise counsel. He turned what was a stressful, worrying experience into a smooth, positive one. Highly, highly recommended.

They were helpful, honest, and never pushy, which made the whole process far less stressful than I expected. No pressure tactics, just clear guidance throughout and even support after completion. 20th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)Enquired about a property on 30th March by email, didn’t hear anything, so called the office every day for a week just to clarify if the property was still available, each time a team member took my details and said they would get the person dealing with the property to call me back. I never received a call, I then was given the direct number and email for the person dealing with the property so tried to contact them several times myself with no luck. It’s now 20th April, I never heard back Customer service is on the floor

After a disastrous start with another estate agent which almost lost me the house I really wanted to buy, I instructed Century 21 and Jason pulled everything together. Jason got my property sold very quickly in an urgent situation working late into the night to get my property listed and negotiated my purchase so that everything was held together, despite various difficulties along the way, and I got my dream home. He is extremely proactive and responds quickly to messages seven days a week and outside normal working hours. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work, and dedication in getting my sale and purchase over the line. He is truly passionate about his work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
