24th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)This agent requires sixteen weeks.There wasn't communication after the contract was signed. The property was on the market, but it was the twelfth week before anyone enquired. Could not locate agents window on the high street. They do not use professional photographers, which was definitely a mistake. The agent works alternate Saturdays, but never informed me beforehand, and suggested I didn't tell him I would be away. Unsure of the question as he did agree to conducting the viewings. One viewer was due to come on a Saturday, but never showed. It's possible she tried to contact,but got no reply. It's the same response I got when I rang twice on that Saturday. He got the keys along with instructions to the alarm, but still managed to set it off. He does not come over too well, and can't say it's the right career choice.
26th Apr 2024 (7 days ago)I’ve dealt with Bairstow Eves a few times over the past few years, I can honestly say that I’ve never been let down as a seller and a buyer. They are fully behind the client and make the sell or buy very smooth. To pick up the phone or sending emails and to get a reply straight away always helps. Keep up the good work guys.

They are so easy to talk to and communication is great with phone calls followed up with E Mails as confirmation. I would thoroughly recommend them , very professional and knowledgeable.
4th Jan 2024 (17 weeks ago)Rude staff who claim viewing a property is going to be a massive problem because you can't make one day and the tenant is a partner of G Herbert.. aren't we all busy? But I don't see how me being unavailable for one day means the property then becomes impossible to see.
15th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Shelley provided us with an excellent service from start to finish. We had a property that was relatively easy to sell, but slightly complicated by the fact it was going through probate. Clear communication with potential buyers ensured that there were no slip ups with a slightly longer than usual sale process. We could have appointed other agents for a lower fee, but I think the coverage and marketing from Knight Frank ensured we maximised the sale price and even after any additional agent fees we likely received the best price we could. Also good work from Giselle the sales progressor in seeing it all over the line.

18th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Dealt with various Estate Agents, but PTN and Sarah are prompt, effective and have high knowledge on how Sales and Lettings should be conducted. If considering Selling/Purchasing or Letting then please do consider them as I have had the pleasant experience of working with them.
12th Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)I have been a tenant through Eden estates twice and have nothing but good things to say. No hassle throughout either tenancy. Helpful and felt looked after if there were any issues with the properly. My landlord was also great and a pleasure to deal with even if not directly. Thank you for the few years in the house.
31st Jan 2024 (13 weeks ago)Andrew & Vicki stuck with it over a 7 month period, 6 of which were between offer being accepted & completed, through no fault of their own (unfortunate legal people down the chain). Kept in touch with us & the other parties involved.
14th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Rentals: I have rented my house through Broseley harwoods since march 2020, i can honestly say they are a lovely team and any issues i have regarding repairs etc, its resolved quickly and Sam is fab she is very caring and compassionate when any work needs doing. I am happy living here, if i ever move ill be looking through harwoods as i love having them as my letting agent.

She has been very helpful and also professional both in how she shows houses and also her aftercare, following putting in ann offer, through to it being accepted. Any questions are answered promptly. She has shown skills that sometimes have been lacking in other, even more experienced estate agents we have had dealings with previously.

She was able to meet nearly all of the prospective buyers, despite being on holiday for part of the time, which I found very helpful when deciding who to sell to.
