Dean Grove came out to give us a valuation and tell us about their services, he was helpful and knowledgable and all round a great guy. They were efficient with organising viewings and sold our property within a week for full asking price. The team in halesowen have been wonderful and i could not recommend them enough!

14th Apr 2026 (6 weeks ago)Halls have been great to work with in the sale of our property. They are very efficient, and have kept us informed throughout. We had multiple viewings and offers within the first week so we have been very satisfied with our experience so far.
15th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Shelley provided us with an excellent service from start to finish. We had a property that was relatively easy to sell, but slightly complicated by the fact it was going through probate. Clear communication with potential buyers ensured that there were no slip ups with a slightly longer than usual sale process. We could have appointed other agents for a lower fee, but I think the coverage and marketing from Knight Frank ensured we maximised the sale price and even after any additional agent fees we likely received the best price we could. Also good work from Giselle the sales progressor in seeing it all over the line.

5th May 2026 (20 days ago)Amanda at Lee Shaw went above and beyond to get our purchase to the finish line. Despite the sellers solicitors prevarication and delay along the way, she helped us abd our solicitor get over the line. Huge thanks to Amanda and the team

Keys on moving in, the checks were really quick. We’ve been in the property for 2 years now and have a great relationship with them still.

20th May 2026 (5 days ago)Our first time selling and buying a home, Abode helped us and we’re always happy to help out answering the questions and providing good insight. One thing, they only have one person who could do viewings ( this didn’t matter so much to us because our house sold quickly) but it did mean having to either wait a week for availability or do you own viewings. Despite that , really genuine & kind people working at Abode and felt supported throughout our sale.

3rd Oct 2025 (7 mo. ago)Absolutely amazing service from Charlotte and the team at Toners! Sixteen weeks exactly from us putting our offer in to going to collect the keys to our new home today. Nothing was ever too much trouble and I never felt like I was being a nuisance when I asked questions (I asked a lot!) We visited various estate agents within the area and Toners were by far the most friendly and helpful we came across and made our first home buying experience both positive and straightforward - would definitely recommend!

27th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)I am not qualified to review Halls as an organisation, but I am eminently qualified to review the help given to me by the delightful member of staff who dealt with my consignment, which was directly connected with Stalag Luft III and the Great Escape. If other members of staff at Halls share even half the fine attributes of Caroline Dennard, then I suspect that the organisation itself deserves five stars too. At a very difficult time in my life, following the death of my wife, Caroline was unstinting in her labours, her empathy and her professionalism. She did more to honour the memory of the remarkable wartime RAF officer, whose memorabilia I was reluctantly having to sell, than I could ever have hoped for, even arranging for additional research by Doctor Steve Bond. Her hard work and kindness both yielded great dividends, for she not only helped soothe my suffering soul, but also bettered the auction's guide price. Most important, she put my beloved step-father's memory and medals into the hands of someone who would understand and value them.

24th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)I recently had a disappointing experience with this agency while attempting to purchase a property. I viewed a property prior to it being marketed and made an offer shortly after, which was verbally accepted. Following the agent’s advice, I promptly contacted my mortgage advisor and solicitor and provided the requested documentation, including a mortgage in principle. However, communication became limited during the process, and I was not informed that other offers were being actively considered. I later found out that the property had been offered to another buyer without being given the opportunity to revise my offer. I understand that agents have a duty to continue marketing a property until a proceedable offer is confirmed, and that vendors ultimately choose the buyer. However, clearer and more timely communication would have made a significant difference and allowed me to respond appropriately. This was particularly disappointing as my previous interactions with the agency had been positive. I hope this feedback helps improve communication with future buyers
