I contacted the agency regarding a property I was interested in buying and, unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I first sent an email with some basic questions and waited a couple of days, but received no response. I then called the sales department directly to follow up. The person I spoke to on the phone was very unprofessional and came across as irritated, giving only short and abrupt answers to simple questions. To make matters worse, I was hung up on twice during the conversation. As a potential buyer, I expected clear communication, patience, and basic courtesy. Instead, I felt dismissed and unwelcome. Buying a property is a serious decision, and good communication from an agency is extremely important. Based on this experience, I would be hesitant to deal with them again.... Read more

The worst agents I have ever experienced, and I am a retired chartered surveyor with over 30 years in practice. I found them rude, disrespectful and totally incompetent. They failed to respond at all to any of the notices served on them in accordance with the term of the tenancy, I was totally ignored. When the rain came, it was obvious that the thick layers of paint hid a sorry lack of maintenance. I would not advise anyone to have any dealings with this firm in the light of this experience.
