Currently I have an unco-operative tenant at the above address. This makes it very difficult for Reeds Rains to enter the premises and deal with issue of gas safety certificate which is necessary for health and safety. I want to mention here that Mr Christopher Stevens of Reeds Rains has been very helpful and very efficient in dealing with this matter. I am very happy with Mr Stevens help and efforts and I highly recommend Reeds Rains.

I recently applied for a property through Reeds Rains and worked with Lauren Clarke of the Highfield Road Branch. Unfortunately I missed out on that particular property, but Lauren went above and beyond to find me something suited to my lifestyle and taste.

Calling me whenever a home became available that she thought would suit me and offering me a viewing as soon as possible, which in turn meant within one day of me applying for an apartment I was accepted the next day!

I can’t recommend this estate agents enough, and especially the service and help I received from Lauren Clarke, Hannah Earnshaw and the entire team at reeds rains.

Dealt with the company twice and both time were shocking. Not the company itself, that's unfair as majority of staff I've spoken to have been very nice, well mannered and helpful. All aside Loren who works there. To say her attitude stinks is an understatement. I'm sure a lot of business is or will be lost due to her attitude. The lies that spout out of her mouth is unbelievable. Not heard many good things about the company as whole, wouldn't let them rent a dog crate out

We used Reeds Rains Eccleshall for a home move in 2019. The staff were extremely professional and able to understand our needs, budget and personal preferences when it came to our property search. Claire initially showed us round the property and was absolutely lovely! She lives in the local area so was letting us know what was around us, etc. so it was a really personable experience.

Tony was great at keeping the communication going and keeping us up to date, and being very efficient with pushing things when they needed to be pushed.

I have been so impressed by Reeds Reins Haxby and especially Karen Cocker who has made this process completely stress free for me. Any questions were answered immediately and support offered when needed,.
