My property was tenanted when it first went on the market and the (necessary) negative feedback was really important to hear. I felt confident that I could be honest and state my needs clearly when it came to responding to some of the under offers that came through. I'm happy to recommend Hyman Hill as they secured me a buyer who was in turn easy to deal with and who paid exactly what I set out to achieve.

22nd Mar 2023 (2 years ago)Letting with Hamilton and Graham was a smooth and positive experience. We let with them for 2 years and during this time they were always lovely to speak to, prompt with resolutions and kept in contact when needed. Overall would highly recommend them as an estate agents for anyone looking to let in the area. Thank you to Yasmin and everyone for all of their support over the last 2 years.

Most UK estate agents are awful: these guys are against the trend: they are a pleasure to deal with, really paying attention to what we wanted, and never brushing us off with superficial comments. Even though there were many complications, this team remained professional and very helpful to both us and the vendor throughout. 18th Aug 2023 (1 year ago)Absolutely dreadful company. Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff. They are more happy to ignore your questions and hope you go away. Steer well clear

He is very knowledgeable about the local area and was quick to answer any questions we had. Nothing is too much trouble and he will go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly.
