Told it'd be a fair viewing system and everyone would get a chance to view it before a decision, so don't worry about making an early viewing and late week one would be fine, to then be told one of the first viewers have been accepted. Pretty disgusting service, if the landlord can decide to take the first viewers then why lie to people about a "fair system".... Read more

Having met Lisa as a first time buyer a few years ago, when it came to selling my first property there was never any doubt for me that Lisa and the team at Waghorn needed to be the ones to help me through the sales process and it’s a decision I certainly won’t regret! From the first stages of listing I felt that Lisa and John really cared about understanding what I loved about my home and they showed genuine enthusiasm and interest in making sure they could share all of these features with potential buyers. They knew the kind of people who would be interested in my home and very quickly offers came in and the house was sold. Throughout the process the team was there to guide me through every step and answer my questions. I always felt confident that they would do exactly what they had promised. I never felt like my home was ‘just another property’ for Waghorn, it’s so clear that the team love what they do and take a real interest in their clients, helping them navigate the house buying and selling process with confidence.
