29th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I'd happily recommend Sharman Quinney to anyone looking for mortgage advisor. I used them to get a mortgage for purchasing my first house. Phil was extremely helpful and made the experience very easy. I had been left in the dark by another mortgage advisor which made the start of the already daunting experience even worse. Phil set me at ease, he made the effort to keep in contact and guide me through the whole process. He explained everything clearly and offered good advice wherever I was unsure. All while being a genuine and friendly guy who clearly cares about his client’s needs.
17th Sep 2026 (1 day ago)Was told by DDM the house would sell at £100 k ,was given straight to i am sold auction co. That had it advertised for £80 ,000 then dropped it to £70 k within a few weeks. Because I turned down £75,000 I am sold wanted the buyers fees of £6500 off me !! I phoned DDM twice, first time told, the manager is busy doing paperwork. Second time told someone will phone you, never did . I sold it for £80,000 to avoid the £6500 . Well & truly lost out . On the auction site such a short time, a friend looking at the time to buying a house didn't see it advertised. Would i recommend DDM ? 5th Dec 2025 (9 mo. ago)Very poor experience trying to sell my property with this estate agent. Experienced zero support even when I tried to discuss strategy to ensure better interest in my property. I feel I wasted 16 weeks with little communication or care. Glad to be moving on with another local agent who has already proved themselves to be much more engaged with the seller than I experienced with Hunters in Horncastle.

14th Feb 2026 (7 mo. ago)Constantly having to chase them up to get new tenants in. Towards the end on one tenancy, after hearing nothing I phoned up and Aaron said "oh would you like us to list it to get a new tenant?" WHAT? Not a good experience.

21st May 2026 (17 weeks ago)I couldn’t fault either of the agents that have helped me, Danni was amazing from the get go, at the viewing she made me feel at ease instantly, she listened to my needs and has helped me every step of the way, I couldn’t fault her and I feel it wouldn’t of gone so smoothly if it wasn’t for her, when Danni was unavailable Jess help me who in turn was amazing too, I really appreciate everything that has been done for me and my daughter, I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a property to speak to Danni, thank you guys you have been fantastic.

Theresa was an absolute star and nothing was to much trouble. She explained things to me and really helped to get completion on the property quickly and effectively.

They listened to my needs, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure everything was sorted quickly and efficiently. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their customers, and I really appreciated the excellent service. I would definitely recommend them and will happily use their service again.
