We were regularly kept up to date and communication was always good. We were very happy with the whole team in York and they were supportive every step of the way. Thank you

They were incredibly helpful, and made what could have been a very stressful experience, selling my mum's house from a distance, easy and straightforward. They were always there to offer advice and support, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Daniel is friendly, thorough and knowledgeable, keeping us up-to-date proactively and offering his advice and expertise as needed. You won't find a better option and I wish all estate agents operated like this!

From first viewing, thank you Zoe, to picking up the keys, we were very well looked after and felt that nothing was too much trouble. It was especially useful to be kept informed of the sale as it was going through, thank you Danielle. Knowing that Willsons are still there for you even after the sale has gone through is a great comfort when you are new to the area too. Eight years ago, when we purchased the farm, Melissa was working for a different agent and supported us through what was a particularly complex and far-from-straightforward transaction. We never forgot how capable, calm and supportive she was throughout that process, so when the time came to sell, she was the natural choice to represent us. From the moment Melissa took over the sale, the experience was seamless. She went above and beyond at every stage, always being available, doing exactly what she said she would do, and even negotiating on our behalf while on annual leave. Her dedication, professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding, but what truly set her apart was the genuine care and understanding she showed throughout what can be a stressful process. 23rd Mar 2026 (25 days ago)Turned up to a viewing that they said they had no knowledge about even though i spoke to them on the phone with Phillip and confirmed it plus got email to confirm it and then they say they would ring me back to book in another appointment and spoke to abbie on the phone yet they haven’t been in touch and this has been over a week simply not good enough this was the property for 45 william street in newark not professional at all
12th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)The Keyworth branch recently handled the sale of my mum's home. The price was very competitive and the service was excellent. Matt, Sarah, Harry and Donna were all professional and friendly. Matt saw the house to value it and explained how it should be priced to get maximum interest. He was right as we ended up with more than the asking price. The team managed all our viewings which saved us time and travelling. Communication was very good by Email and kept us informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend Keyworth branch of Royston and Lund for anyone needing to sell their house.

27th Mar 2026 (21 days ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

We needed good communication as we were selling from abroad and from start to finish the PGM team were polite, efficient and effective. Thankyou guys. Can't recommend highly enough. Will use again.

They are honest and were great at communicating. I never had to chase them. We had a tricky sale but Paige was always in our corner. Paige was always prompt with updates when our sale was going through and nothing was too much trouble. I will not hesitate in recommending you for the brilliant job you did. Thank you so much.

10th Apr 2026 (7 days ago)Do not use this company! Absolutely awful experience. I rented a mice infested apartment with them, finding out this was an issue they had known about for three years and continued to let. Had a hole in the roof for six months that they didn’t fix and have had to vacate due to such poor living conditions. And after all that claimed half my deposit for an issue they failed to record in the inventory from the previous tenancy.
