14th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)Really disappointed to find the properties we viewed were nothing like the listings, suspect AI was used to "enhance" them.<br>The driveway of one listing was entirely paved in the photo, but when we turned up it was only half paved. The other half was pebbled, and had an access hatch or panel which isn't shown at all in their listing. The rest of the property was clearly not as pictured, plenty of work required that was not shown. Complete waste of time for all involved.<br>The person who met us at the viewing was really friendly, which was a stark contrast to the rude and standoffish person on the phone who didn't care about the feedback we shared at all.
2nd May 2024 (2 years ago)Difficult market for our price point with no demand currently due to the uncertain global macroeconomic backdrop, interest rate cycle and outdated property purchase administration. Looking forward to all being on the blockchain so we can remove the legal middlemen

I wholeheartedly recommend this agency.<br><br>I would especially like to thank Danielle Stott from the Skegness branch, who, in my opinion, truly deserves special recognition for her exceptional dedication, professionalism, and commitment to her work.<br><br>I recently purchased a house, and Danielle provided me with an outstanding level of support from beginning to end. She was always there to answer my questions and explain every detail clearly, even helping me with information regarding utility bills after the purchase. The number of emails, the excellent communication, the constant flow of information, and the precision with which she handled everything were truly impressive and deserve recognition.<br><br>I would also like to mention that I was probably not the easiest client, as I had previous experiences with other agencies that made me more cautious and meant that I needed additional explanations and reassurance. Despite this, Danielle was incredibly patient and took the time to make sure I fully understood every stage of the process. I have never experienced this level of care and attention from any other agency.<br><br>What impressed me even more was that Danielle’s support did not end once the purchase was completed. 5th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)Called them and the office said they get someone to call me when he can come. He did and informed there was a cost £96 just to do a report which was not a lot and just gave us a phone number for someone else to deal with the problem.
23rd Apr 2026 (21 weeks ago)We actually sold and bought a property through Longstaffs. The whole experience was excellent nothing was too much trouble. Calls were answered quickly and they got back to us if the person was unavailable at that moment. I think we had contact with most of the staff but Tracey was actually dealing with our sale and purchase and kept us informed and updated on all aspects. We can’t thank them enough for everything they did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

22nd Aug 2026 (27 days ago)From walking in the door we were greeted with big smiles & a friendly hello!<br>We were in Market Deeping looking at properties in the area, we saw one we liked & a viewing was made for us later that day. We offered on it the next morning, the service we received from Sharon & the team was absolutely excellent!<br>We were from out of county but there was no problem Sharon kept us updated on a regular basis & always handled our queries & numerous phone calls promptly & with great humour!<br>We would highly recommend Sharon & the team at Rosedale!

I'm a first time buyer so was just putting up with it at first, but everytime I look elsewhere for understanding I find out just how much this agency is not working in line with normal expectations. They provide no information then chase you as if you're a nuisance. Information from them doesn't match up with what I get from my solicitors. The entire process has been much more stressful than necessary and I'm ridiculously disappointed. I have family moving up North and with how bad this process has been I'm at a point where I would encourage them to miss out on great properties just to avoid dealing with Lovelle Hykeham

24th May 2024 (2 years ago)This is the third time I have used Pridea to sell a property. Exactly the same experience every time. The property sells quickly with one robust sale that goes through to completion. Not my experience of using other estate agents in the area.

We were kept up to date at all times during the process and both Renata and Maggi were excellent keeping us up to date with developments. I would highly recommend Hornsby Estate Agents

Originally the property was sold subject to contract, I asked if it 'fell through' please contact me, it did! Voila, we got it. I must single out Zoe, who was on the ball and an excellent connunicator, as were all I had contact with. Great service. Regards Victor and Lynn.

They are incredibly experienced and professional and we felt very safe selling with them as they were so on the ball.<br>They had a great team to show our house who they made sure we met at our property.<br>They really took their time photographing and filming our house and making sure it was captured in the best way.<br>They were easy to get hold of and kept us well informed.<br>Kim and James were brilliant the whole way through, they are genuinely lovely people who I’d very happily recommend!

They were polite, friendly, big smiles and all very good at their jobs. I have sold 30 houses in the past and I have to say so far we are highly impressed with the staff and the Estate Agent. Fees are good, everything is made to make the experience a sheer pleasure for you. Today we have looked at our advert on Rightmove and have to say the photos and advert are just 'PERFECT' We would highly recommend William H Brown as a top Estate agent to go with if you want to sell your property.
