From start to finish, the entire process was handled with the utmost professionalism, efficiency, and care. The team at Lanes went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, whether it was providing regular updates, answering my endless questions, or offering expert advice at key stages. Their local knowledge of Enfield Town is second to none, and it was clear they genuinely cared about finding the best outcome for me. What really stood out was their attention to detail and personal touch. They made me feel like a valued client rather than just another transaction. Communication was always prompt and clear, and they were incredibly proactive in resolving any issues that arose. 19th Mar 2026 (29 days ago)Poor experience with this letting agent, not helped by the tightest landlord (Kate) who wouldn't pay for repairs to be done in a timely manner, leaving our family in tricky circumstances more than once. When they do eventually send someone over to complete the work, it'll be done shoddily. I hope that £43 you managed to claim back via the DPS versus the nearly £800 you asked for is helpful :) To any renters - be under no illusion, the letting agent works for the landlord and is not there to help you in the slightest. This specific letting agents manager will suggest you scrape and replaster the bathroom ceiling (which was poorly maintained by the landlord) yourself "to make the house your own".

James was particularly great - really responsive and helpful. Viewings were arranged easily and once the sale was agreed, it all went smoothly thanks to the team.

What a fantastic pair these two are. They are so friendly, professional and easy to talk to. I am delighted to say that after a difficult selling experience with previous agents, Your Move has got us a sale going through again! Wow! We are so pleased! Ellie and Andrea have put our minds at ease all the way through the process. They have both been so lovely to speak to and really personable. I really felt like I knew them both personally and they took the time to speak to me whenever I called. Nothing was ever too much trouble! Unlike other estate agents that can make you feel like you are just 'a number', Ellie and Andrea knew our situation well and understood the worries we had from the beginning having had chains collapse on us previously. They were both knowledgeable, professional, friendly and genuine. I honestly can't speak any higher of them! In addition, a special mention goes to Michael who carried out viewings for us when we were unable to do them ourselves due to work commitments. Thank you so much all of you! Tom helped guide us through the sale of our house, he was professional and always kept us updated throughout.the process. Yes, I would recommend and use Goodwin Property Services again.
19th Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)Wouldn't recommend this company jobs reported when vulnerable take over a week to sort out can never get hold of who you need to calls never get returned antisocial behaviour doesn't get sorted I've moved from bad to worse a day late on rent they soon contact you though.... looks like I'm house hunting again. I've reported numerous times the same people to no avail it's got to the point I've said forget it also if you unfortunately do get housed with this company please check bins before deposit rent and tenancy is signed mine was all full infested and took them over 4 months to empty the council refused rightly so as its the company and landlords fault also check your out house mines still full it's terrible. Especially when the rents so expensive aswell

The team was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient throughout the entire process. They made everything feel smooth and stress-free, always keeping me informed and providing clear, helpful advice. Their knowledge of the Peterborough property market was excellent, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled quickly and professionally. Communication was always prompt and reassuring, which made a real difference. I would highly recommend Pennell & Partners to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate and letting agent. A truly five-star experience!

10th Feb 2026 (9 weeks ago)We used Winkworths to sell our home at the end of 2025 and it was a fantastic service from start to finish, from both Ryan and Matt. Ryan was excellent at capturing wonderful photos of our home that 100% represented the reality of our home. We were really happy with the valuation and felt it was fair against current market value. Viewings were managed effectively by Matt and we had 7 bookings confirmed within 2 days. We then went on to sell our house after 3 days of being on the market which was fantastic. We were kept informed of the process and steps all the way thorough via email, text or phone which suited us great as we couldn’t always pick up straight away! Calls back to the office were always responded to either immediately or within the hour. I would highly recommend Winkworths to anyone wishing to sell. 13th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)I cannot recommend Newson & Buck Estate Agents enough! Erika dealt with my purchase and was nothing short of exceptional. She chased matters before anyone else, was proactive, pleasant, polite, informative, and totally professional. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with her. I always heard from her with updates before anyone else. Even though my purchase didn’t go through in the end, through no fault of theirs, their support and guidance were outstanding. If I were selling a property in Kings Lynn or the surrounding area, I would not hesitate to go straight to them. Their marketing is top-notch, up-to-date, and really mesmerising. They are the new way of selling houses and I’d say they set the standard for everyone else.
13th Feb 2026 (9 weeks ago)Initially Newton Fallowell appeared keen on the premises. Property on the market for five months, no viewing, no information from the agents. Incentive offered to the sales person who sells the property offered. Contact with agents who wanted to drop the price by £30k in January. None of the houses of similar value who have lowered their prices have yet to be sold. They only want to advertise on right move etc.

28th Mar 2026 (20 days ago)I was purchasing a property through Paul Fox and throughout the entire process, including both solicitors failing to communicate and progress, Sharna at Paul Fox was the only one who was proactive, communicative, helpful, and supportive. Getting both of the solicitors to actually communicate properly was like watching two Roombas attempt to knife fight, and Sharna honestly kept me sane. If I decide to sell in the future I'll be using Paul Fox without a doubt.

From start to finish, Sam, the lady assigned to my process, together with the other members of the Lovelle Team, have guided me extremely well right through to my moving into my new home.
