13th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)I have been looking for the ideal property for over 2 months, have dealt with 7 or 8 different Estate Agency, Sefftons is the first one (and especially Siobhan Smith) to actually listen to what I am searching for and pro actively help me find it. If I was in a position to sell a property I would definitely use them as, as a buyer, I am actively focusing on the properties they have in their portfolio rather then looking at what other agencies have for sale now.

8th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)Didn't respond to an online enquiry. When prompted, then lied about status of property and shut me down when I questioned it. OMG, English estate agents are truly an abysmal bunch of amateurs.
