3rd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)I was selling my property through Bycroft. They took really good care of me from start to end. Kurt came to value & organise photos then Michele took the reins to support me through what became a fairly protracted and traumatic process due to the behaviour of my buyers. Michele’s ongoing care during this whole debacle was wonderful (supported by Tia when Michele was off). I cannot fault the professionalism and dedication I was shown and Michele’s partnership with my solicitor alingside her persistence and perseverance helped ensure the sale moved forward, even when it looked bleak. I was given very personal support and am deeply appreciative as this was a difficult time for me; I don't think we would have reached the end of the road otherwise. Thank you so much!

3rd Aug 2026 (7 weeks ago)We chose Hubbards as we were impressed with their positivity when we initially spoke with different members of staff, something we missed in the agency we were initially with. However the volume of viewings forecast did not materialise, there was no one contact person who seemed to manage the case and email communication was not great. We also felt we were being pressed to make decisions that we felt were not fair to the other agent. When we notified them by email that we had sold with the other agent it wasn’t even acknowledged.

20th Aug 2026 (29 days ago)We couldn’t recommend Stobart & Hurrell highly enough after they handled the sale of our home.<br><br>Having lived there for over 11 years, selling the house and moving on was a huge step for us as a family, and from the very beginning the team were fantastic. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and, most importantly, always there when we needed them.<br><br>The whole process was handled brilliantly. Communication was excellent throughout, we were kept informed at every stage, and whenever the inevitable stresses of moving house cropped up, we always felt we had someone on our side helping to keep things moving.<br><br>What really stood out was the personal service. From our first contact & meeting with Fin, who is a credit to the team, never have I met such an enthusiastic and personable representative of an estate agency.<br><br>I also want to thank Oli & Zak, always there, whenever needed.<br><br>We never felt like just another house on the market, they genuinely cared about the sale and about getting us to the finish line.<br><br>After 11 very happy years in our home, it was quite emotional handing over the keys and closing that chapter, but we couldn’t have asked for a better team to help us do it.<br><br>A huge thank you to everyone at Stobart & Hurrell. 25th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)I came across Your Move Estate Agents through a family friends of mine .<br>From the ver beginning , even while still on the phone , I got the impression that I am dealing with a professional staff , who knew what they were doing . While speaking with the Chief Executive Olli Humphreys, I was impressed with his speed of with which he resolved any issues at hand . He was cooperative for him there were no important or not important issues , all mattered equally . He dealt with them with extreme efficiency .<br>He and his team made the tedious process of purchasing a new home very easy and dealt with it as if it was his own issues .<br>I cannot recommend him and his team any more .<br>Thank you to the staff at Your Move Beccles .
9th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)I had a brilliant experience with Winkworth, they made selling our property and purchasing our new one as easy as they could. The whole team were brilliant however in particular James who assisted with selling our property ensured this was dealt with as quickly and stress free as possible and with the least inconvenience to us whilst arranging viewings. Jade who supported after an offer had been accepted until completion was very responsive and happy to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend this company.

My property has been on the market since June 2026, and the repeated issues with something as simple as installing a selling board have shown a lack of organisation, communication, and respect for my time.I agreed to have a board from the start. Weeks passed with no sign. I raised this multiple times and was repeatedly assured it would be sorted. It never was. Even after saying I no longer wanted a board, I was contacted again and convinced to try once more — with promises of follow?up calls that never happened. Three weeks later, I was still being asked whether the sign had been put up.This constant cycle of promises, no action, and repeated calls became frustrating and unacceptable. It made me question whether my sale was being handled properly at all, especially with no viewings taking place.I was told things had improved since my last experience with the company, but unfortunately they have changed for the worse. Due to the ongoing lack of professionalism, I have requested my property be removed from the market.I expect better from an estate agent, and I hope the branch owner reviews the service standards being delivered.
