They understand the local market, did a really professional job with the photos and video for the marketing, and regularly updated me on viewings and outcomes. Thanks to their excellent advice, we sold my Dad's property at the end of November 24. The team are friendly, professional and excellent at their job. There is no need to look elsewhere!
4th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)Very disappointing experience. We had a viewing booked for a property, only to find out through Facebook that it had already been sold. There was no communication from the estate agent to let us know, despite our appointment being arranged. It felt unprofessional and a waste of our time. We’ve had several bad experiences with this estate agent, they definitely do not try and get the best for the ones selling the house! Would definitely not recommend, and would definitely not buy a house from them if we can help it!

I have changed my estate agent- 11th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)John Francis have recently sold a property for me near Felindre, east of Newport. It was an isolated small farmhouse with some land, so slightly unusual. All the team at John Francis were quite excellent through out the whole process, they were patient, informative and very helpful. I would thoroughly recommend them as an agent.

Nothing was a problem for them & they were able to answer all my questions & advised me on things I wasn't sure of. The team were great at keeping me updated on wvery part of the process. 17th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)I was very happy with Cardigan Bay Properties. I was with them for a long time, as my house proved a little difficult to sell. I got to know the team over that time and always found responsive, helpful and friendly. My house sold in the end and I was glad I stayed with CBP throughout the journey. I felt supported by Tania and the team and I felt they were fair and straightforward in their negotiations. I would definitely recommend Cardigan Bay Properties to anyone who wants to sell their home, even if it is a house that is not the easiest to sell as mine was.

31st May 2026 (19 days ago)Best estate agent in Aberystwyth by a long shot, I would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent in Aberystwyth. Padarn property staff were always highly professional, but what set them apart from the rest of the estate agent I'd worked with in Aberystwyth when I'd previously rented as a student, was how they were just genuine, kind, really lovely people. I honestly couldn't recommend them enough!
