They researched thoroughly, gave great advice, understood exactly how to market our property, did all the viewings personally, and kept both the buyer and ourselves fully informed and updated throughout the process.

Heather was very kind and patient with me, answered all my questions (there were lots) and helped me with both selling my house and purchasing my next home. He was superb in guiding us through the process before we moved onto the solicitors. We were first time sellers and he was very approachable and patient with all our questions. We were also grateful to Jenny who showed our house to the buyers and they said she was lovely. Having a designated whatsapp group for our property was very useful too.

11th Jan 2026 (8 mo. ago)After 20 plus weeks we have had no contact from Connells in Malvern at all. No advice or help given by them to try and help secure a sale. We have now removed the property from sale as there is no interest shown at all both from Connells Malvern or prospective buyers. It appears that we are just a photograph taking up space in a window.
