I was a remote seller, so having them local to sort out those things that need someone in person was really useful. Susy in particular was great, keeping me up to date all the way along. All in all, I would definitely recommend WPR.

Despite challenging market conditions, he stayed calm, communicative, and proactive from start to finish, always keeping us informed and quick to respond whenever we had questions.<br><br>Ed's pricing advice was realistic and well judged, and his marketing of the property really showcased its best features. The team at Knight Frank has excellent knowledge of the local area, which made a real difference in attracting the right buyers and negotiating a successful sale.<br><br>Ed made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. 11th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Well, where to start!? I met Dean Henderson almost a year ago. We viewed a property that was very unloved and in need of TLC! First impressions? First class gentleman. Friendly, not pushy, knowledgable and polite. Our journey to our new home has not been the easiest! Dean was literally a rock for myself and my husband. Would do regular check ins, even if it was just to see if we were ok. Would let us know asap if there was any new information we needed to know. Grounded and professional. It was a complete and utter pleasure to buy through Hamptons. Every member of staff would greet you with a smile and a listening ear. We are finally in the house I fell in love with, and Dean has a huge part to play in that. We will be forever grateful.

He genuinely treated our house as if it were his own, taking the time to understand all the little details and personal touches that made it special to us. He kept us completely in the loop with feedback throughout and worked hard to make sure we found the right buyers for our much-loved home, not simply the quickest sale.<br><br>We really felt that Toby cared about getting the right result for us, and his personal approach made the whole process so much easier. We couldn’t recommend Toby and the Charters of Alton team highly enough.

Throughout the whole process of selling our property everyone has been extremely professional, friendly and helpful. A big thanks goes out to everyone, Justin, Thomas, Abby, Nick and I must reserve a special thank you to the amazing Lisa.<br><br>It has been a long and stressful process, not only were we relocating away from the area but we also lost our original buyer the day before exchange. The team where so proactive and we had a new buyer within 48 hours and ensured we did not loose the house we were purchasing.<br><br>From day one Lisa has worked tirelessly to ensure that the chain moved along as quickly and as smoothly as possible. Keeping us regularly updated, and offered amazing support and advice when at times things became quite stressful. My levels of anxiety would have been much higher if it had not been for Lisa!<br><br>Thank you, our new adventure begins and I'm so pleased we chose Homes in Alton to help us achieve it!

They are very prepared and very knowledgable on the properties they are marketing (Viv, who is excellent). Also they really do know their market and local area. Have a lot of confidence that Hellards will find the house of our dreams!
