3rd Mar 2025 (1 year ago)We recently sold our house and bought another, which was a journey in and of itself. The team at Logic Waterloo (especially Ben, who was a legend) was instrumental for its success! The professionalism displayed throughout the ups and downs of the process was high indeed, and I would recommend them to family and friends. The legal team from Valentine Duggins was awfully incompetent (that will be a separate review) yet Logic would chase them up and they took it all in their stride! They are a lovely dedicated team, who look after you every step of the way. Thank you for helping us get our forever home. 5 stars are well deserved!
7th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Impossible to contact via phone, they don't even bother replying to your emails, why on Earth would I ever want to rent a property that forces you to email for the likes of repairs, when you can't even reply to someone registering interest? Trash company.

26th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)The agent has letting on the website that are posted as available to when you enquire you are told they are taken. Its kinda misleading, its best to has a let agreed tag or on-offer tag to let others know not to have hopes of something that is no longer available on the market.

They are very professional, they respond to emails and inquiries quickly and offer a very personal service. They also ensure that any repairs are addressed as soon as possible. They are a pleasure to deal with!

27th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)Very disappointing experience.<br><br>I had a valuation appointment booked for 9:30am today. I arrived on time and waited, but there was no confirmation prior to the appointment and no communication to let me know that the agent was running late or unable to attend.<br><br>After waiting around 20 minutes, I called the office/agent myself, but the phone rang out and nobody answered.<br><br>I appreciate that delays can happen, but if you are unable to attend an appointment, I would expect the courtesy of being informed. I had specifically made time for this appointment and unfortunately the lack of communication has left a very poor first impression.<br><br>I was looking for an estate agent I could trust to handle the sale of a property, and based on this experience I will be taking my business elsewhere.
