Friendly staff and very helpful when first looking for a house and putting down an initial offer. Would recommended to anyone in the area!

Katie was always on hand to answer any queries and chase up rogue solicitors to get the sale of my property over the line. I’m so glad we chose Karen Potter and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anyone. Nothing was too much trouble and they were all extremely helpful. Thank you to them all!

When viewings came in and we were on holiday, they showed the clients round on our behalf. When offers came in, Georgia successfully negotiated a higher cost for my house. Their app to track the viewings and offers was also great! I'd recommend these guys in a heartbeat. thanks for everything

Always helpful, professional, quick to respond and nothing was ever too much trouble. She really helped make the whole process run smoothly.<br>A special mention also to Alan Adams, who showed us around the property. What a fantastic person! So friendly, funny and accommodating, and absolutely brilliant with my 6-year-old son. He made the viewings such an enjoyable experience and couldn’t have been more helpful.<br>The whole team have been fantastic throughout. Communication has been excellent, everyone has been approachable and responsive, and they really did everything they could to ensure a smooth sale.<br>Just 18 weeks from our very first viewing to picking up the keys! Absolutely brilliant!<br>A genuinely lovely team of people who are fantastic at what they do. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Reeds Rains. Thank you all so much! ?????
31st Oct 2026 (1 day ago)Social media spot on however had 100k views on instagram but only amounted to 7 viewings which was surprised about. Said on the valuation we should be looking at around 365k to sell at so we put on for oieo 350. When a buyer came in with around 340, they seemed very keen to sell with a lack of willingness to get them up or advise to wait for an offer closer to the valuation. I had to negotiate myself to the 346 offer which was disappointing. But they sold the house which is a positive. Obviously a very reputable company, probably better off managing the higher end sales as I feel like mine probably got lost within the higher valued houses they probably spent more time on. Hoping for a smooth sale from here on out.

She was so quick and efficient and professional and helped me every avenue she could to ensure my offer was received. She worked along side the seller and myself, and her communication was amazing. She made the whole process feel so easy, and not intimidating. She is going above and beyond to help me buy my first home, my own little pad and it was lovely to have a girl help me along my journey who gets it. Thank you Laura you have been amazing! If you need any help ask for Laura, I can’t thank her enough.

I would particularly like to thank Alex, Fran, Kier, Georgie, Molly, Alison, Sharon and Rachael, all of whom played their part in achieving a successful sale.<br><br>The fact that the valuers undertake the viewings was excellent as they could answer prospective buyers questions directly and address any concerns they had.<br><br>After every viewing I received feedback both positive and constructive which was invaluable in understanding what potential buyers really thought of the property.<br><br>The sale completed at full asking price which was a great result.<br><br>As a Chartered Surveyor who deals with estate agents on a daily basis I can honestly say that Find Your Eden are exceptional and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.
