She was so supportive and helped push things along for us, really on the ball with everything! She went above and beyond for us and it didn’t go unseen!! She always kept in touch with all updates and dealt with my 100 questions! A shoutout to Alfie too for putting up with our millions of viewings!! If & when we ever go to sell we will 100% be using Bakewell & Horner! Thank you so much, the best team xx
10th Jun 2026 (5 days ago)Very poor and unprofessional service. When they first posted the advert for my apartment they got the details wrong with the number of bedrooms, fees etc…. They are very difficult to get hold of and when you get through on the phone they are ver defensive and unapologetic. Communication on progress and visits is none existent. After 2 months of having my property on the market with them, their customer service team called me to enquire about my feedback as to the recent valuation they carried out and why I chose not to go with them to sell my property. I had to remind them that I did choose them and to look at their own system to see so. Happy I have now moved to move residential

9th Jun 2026 (6 days ago)I have just re-let my property after much needed and extensive renovation works. All of these were handled by Sutton Kersh, using their recommended contractors. Everything was done efficiently and to a high standard and I was kept informed of progress, with photos, at all times. Grateful thanks to Hannah Callan at Allerton branch, who helped me to choose a decor scheme from a distance (I live abroad). The property was re-let on the first arranged viewing day. I would recommended Sutton Kersh without hesitation.

She kept me and my partner up to date on everything at all times and made everything so easy for us making my experience so easy and comfortable I could not fault her one bit.

29th May 2026 (17 days ago)The service from Acumen has been all we could ask for from start to finish. We had a few agents out to value (all were very similar) but we chose Acumen as we felt John’s knowledge and experience was invaluable. Within hours we had number of viewings booked in for the following weekend. We received several offers. Acumen checked all of these and advised on what they thought was the most secure. Throughout the sale, we have been kept up to date with progress and the whole process has felt seamless. I would not hesitate to recommend Acumen or to use them again in future. Thank you all!

The experience from Ben initially coming out to price it and then once the offer was accepted, Sophie progressing the sale was fantastic. The whole team were a pleasure to deal with totally professional but also lovely people. Our house was in great hands, thank you all so much I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

8th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)I wouldn't call it a positive experience. There was an apartment we wanted to rent, so we requested a viewing appointment. The agent arrived and let us into the apartment, but when we asked for details, she couldn't answer any of our questions. There was no proper tour or explanation of the property. It was obvious that she could hardly wait to leave. There was no professionalism at all. The whole experience felt awkward, and she wasn't helpful in the slightest. We told her what kind of property we were looking for and asked her to take down our details and contact us if any other rental apartments became available. She didn't seem interested at all—she just wanted us to leave as quickly as possible. No one has contacted us since then. I wouldn't call her a real estate agent. It was a terrible experience.

Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but I called to enquire about arranging a viewing and ended up having such a helpful and enjoyable conversation with her. As I am not from Liverpool, I was looking for some guidance on different areas, and she was incredibly kind, patient, and insightful. She took the time to talk through various options with me, answer my questions, and offer helpful suggestions that I genuinely appreciated. What could have been a simple enquiry turned into a really reassuring and informative conversation. In a world where people are often quick to complain and slow to compliment, I felt it was important to recognise exceptional service when I receive it. She was genuinely warm, helpful, and caring, and she is a real credit.
