We had a very complexed sales process for two student properties which required a lot of time and effort due to the new Article 4 Regulations.<br>Kerrie McMullan was our agent and she was outstanding from start to finish. Always answered our calls emails and constantly reassured us. I am pleased to say the sales completed yesterday and we couldn’t of done it without her ?????? thank you Kerrie

- 31st Jul 2026 (3 days ago)Unfortunately, my experience with this letting agency has been very disappointing.<br><br>After moving out of the property, I was faced with a claim through Zero Deposit that I believe was unreasonable. Charges were raised for cleaning and rent that I do not feel reflected the condition of the property or the circumstances involved.<br><br>I found the process frustrating, as I felt there was little consideration given to the fact that some issues mentioned were already present when I moved in and that the delay in returning keys was explained due to a family bereavement.<br><br>Communication throughout the process left me feeling unsupported, and I do not feel the situation was handled fairly from a tenant’s perspective.<br><br>I would advise future tenants to keep detailed records, photographs, and all communication throughout their tenancy.

I had several estate agents come round to value the property, and John stood out immediately.<br><br>His friendly, personal approach put me at ease and built real trust. While the others focused on why they are the best, John focused on my house’s best selling points & what my next plans are. He priced it competitively, we had viewings booked throughout the next weekend, and received multiple offers, It was amazing.<br>John & team made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Hanah, Ellie and team have been excellent in serving the tenant notice and helping to prepare the house for sale. They have gone out of their way by finding suppliers to fit new flooring and help with the deep clean. Overall a very professional company, and also thanks to the sales team for providing a good service through initial valuation to marketing the property.
