I have recently signed a new tenancy with Belvoir and I could not be happier. I highly recommend Belvoir to everyone, all of the estate agents are welcoming and kind, and any issues I have had in the past have been sorted and corrected.
15th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)I have been looking for a property on the isle of sheppy for a few months now and have had quite bad luck with other estate agents and the properties they were selling. But wards were a pleasant surprise. The property I found was listed accurately and when I viewed the property I was met at the property by brooke, she was punctual and had very good knowledge of the properties and the surrounding area. She put my offer in promptly and I'm happy to say that it was accepted. All in all wards and Brooke have helped make a stressful Experiance a lot easier.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful.
