I would absolutely recommend this agent. We have previously sold a property with them and have recently bought a new one from them - on both occasions we have had great experiences. Good communication, reliability and efficiency throughout - even though we were the buyers, not the clients, in the last transaction. Jane is just fabulous - if she says she will do something, she won’t let you down, and will go above and beyond to make sure you know whats happening, chasing and seeking clarity. This is everything I’d want from an agent which unfortunately, most say they will do, but don’t then deliver. Regal park definitely deliver and look after their sellers and buyers properly. We actually sold and bought a property through Longstaffs. The whole experience was excellent nothing was too much trouble.
