**Update** After changing to another estate agent after Connells, we soon came back to them to relist our property within 4 weeks after realising the grass is most definitely not greener! We had a buyer within a couple of months and a smooth sale that has just completed! Thank you again to all, especially Jacob who did many viewings at our house! And of course Jason, I will miss our Wednesday catch ups (laughs!??????) Thank you all!** Even though we didn’t end up selling our property with Connells (the chain sadly fell through — no fault of theirs!), I just want to say the biggest thank you to Jason, Ollie, and Anna. They were amazing from start to finish — nothing was ever too much trouble. Any changes I asked for, like new photos or price tweaks, were done straight away. We actually sold and bought a property through Longstaffs. The whole experience was excellent nothing was too much trouble. Calls were answered quickly and they got back to us if the person was unavailable at that moment. I think we had contact with most of the staff but Tracey was actually dealing with our sale and purchase and kept us informed and updated on all aspects.
