We actually sold and bought a property through Longstaffs. The whole experience was excellent nothing was too much trouble. Calls were answered quickly and they got back to us if the person was unavailable at that moment. I think we had contact with most of the staff but Tracey was actually dealing with our sale and purchase and kept us informed and updated on all aspects. Lovely people to have show you around houses. A big special shout out to millie not once did she turn up fed up thinking here we go again. she turned up at every property with a smile and we eventually found the right place for us finally.
