25th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)I have had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience with Jones & Chapman, and I feel compelled to warn other tenants.<br><br>Despite repeatedly reporting ongoing health and safety issues in the property, Jones & Chapman have consistently refused to take meaningful action. Serious problems that pose risks to our wellbeing have been ignored for months, leaving us living in unsafe conditions with no urgency or accountability from the agency.<br><br>Customer service has been equally unacceptable. The staff have been rude and most unprofessionalI have ever dealt with. Their behaviour has been dismissive, confrontational, and at times blatantly dishonest. Instead of helping resolve the issues, they have made the situation significantly worse with poor communication and a complete lack of respect for tenants, by advising the landlord that the house is in great condition. Also trying to contact them and speak to someone is impossible, nobody ever answers and calls you back from a voicemail left. If I could give zero stars I would.<br><br>Jones & Chapman have shown:<br>- No commitment to tenant safety<br>- No willingness to carry out essential repairs<br>- No professionalism in their customer service<br><br>I strongly advise anyone considering renting through them to think twice. This has been the worst letting experience I have ever come across. If I could give no stars I would.

11th May 2024 (2 years ago)Janice has always taken time to answer our queries, and provide updates - even when there aren’t any available. We feel she has always provided honest and accurate advise. Joeley took outstanding images and presented the property in its best light.
2nd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)Lots of viewings arranged very quickly, SK created a real buzz about the property. Saskia was excellent in keeping me up to date at every step, and negotiating a price I was happy to accept.

29th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Considerable over valuation of the property contributed to a long and unsuccessful sale process. They also favoured the seller’s needs over my own. Communication method are old fashioned (phone calls and voice messages with no content) all made for a very unsatisfactory experience. Avoid!

2nd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)Fantastic experience with Atlas. Our house had been on the market for 3 months with another agent with no interest. Some great customer service and marketing tools and the house was live for 2 days with an offer accepted. Thanks Tracey and Poppy. Strongly recommend ??????
5th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Went for a viewing and was told at that viewing that if I wanted to put in an application then I had to either email or call but no one would be able to receive either until the next day. I called as soon as they opened the next day and was told that the system was being slow but they would send me the application. I emailed after a few hours as I hadn’t heard anything and found that the email address they had communicated with me on had an out of office for a week so emailing wouldn’t do anything. I called them again and was told that the other person I had viewed with had put in an application and holding fee before I had called (which was as soon as they opened). I’m not sure if I believe that but regardless, they gave me incorrect information which cost me a property.
