He has taken the time to explain the entire process clearly and thoroughly, which has really put me at ease. Jamie genuinely listens to my needs and has gone above and beyond to support me at this stage of the purchase. He’s been an absolute pleasure to deal with! Knowing I have Jamie’s support has made what initially felt like an overwhelming process much easier, and I couldn’t recommend Jamie and Venmore highly enough.<br><br>I'd also like to give a special mention to Jordan in the post-sales team. Once my offer was accepted, the process took over six months and became incredibly stressful. Throughout it all, Jordan was always there to support me, answer my questions, and provide reassurance whenever I needed it. Jordan single handedly kept me sane! His kindness, patience, and genuine care made such a difference during a very difficult time. He is an absolute credit to Venmores, and I'll always be grateful for everything he did to help me through the process.

We had a very complexed sales process for two student properties which required a lot of time and effort due to the new Article 4 Regulations.<br>Kerrie McMullan was our agent and she was outstanding from start to finish. Always answered our calls emails and constantly reassured us. I am pleased to say the sales completed yesterday and we couldn’t of done it without her ?????? thank you Kerrie

18th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Buyers Beware!<br>We have offered asking price for several properties with this agent, each time they come back rejected and advised the seller wants a higher amount.<br><br>It is undoubtedly clear this agent is bidding buyers against each other in order to raise their commission.
29th Jul 2026 (14 days ago)We had an incredibly challenging time buying our dream home due to the nature of the seller and complexity within the transaction. Despite Whitegates representing the seller, they were still very helpful to us. Lucy in particular was caring and supportive and explained things well. She listened to us and our needs while working hard with the vender to mediate our situation.<br>I'm sure this was a challenging sale for them and I think they did well to manage the situation. Would recommend.
