1st Apr 2023 (3 years ago)Slades Bransgore were excellent. Nathaniel who dealt with this sale was very helpful. We completed three months from when they started marketing this property. My only concern with Slades as a whole was the valuation by another branch which was too optimistic. I only achieved 83% of the original valuation in October. Bransgore Slades were more realistic. I achieved 92% of their valuation.

3rd Jul 2025 (11 mo. ago)I realise it’s a difficult market but they spend a lot of time telling you how good they are and not being proactive. They are the local agents so they tend to be busy. It seems they have too much work to make a job of marketing any single property.
26th May 2026 (21 days ago)We just sold our house with Paul Jeffreys and the whole team were great! Back in October we were deciding what estate agents to sell / buy with and after one call with Matt it was obvious we liked them the most! The original house we were purchasing was withdrawn from the market - not their fault at all and they were so kind & apologetic. They kept us up to date and put up with my chasing for updates when we were stuck in a big chain! Hopefully we are now in our ‘forever home’ but if not, we would definitely be using them again. Thanks to Paul, Matt, Yvette and the rest of the team! Mr & Mrs S Biddlecombe
25th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)I would definitely recommend Austin and Wyatt as an estate agent they have been helpful with both the selling and looking for a property for me.They brought photos of previous properties sold in my area and recommend a price to sell for. The first two buyers both made offers so l was able to compare and choose a buyers thanks once again yours K. Nineham.
29th Mar 2023 (3 years ago)Spencer's maintained an excellent partnership throughout each n every enquiry from commications to negotiations to finalising Exchange and Completion dates. Losing the first chain to a developer pulling out at the exchange jaws was a setback but did not reduce the optimism of the Spencer's team if Mark, Will, Matt, Abigail and Christy. The market experienced a slight reduction at this time with a slowing of demand so we reviewed our sales strategies and felt a price reduction was necessary. Ultimately this tactic proved very successful, with the Spencer's teaming finding many potential buyers with many offers as one proved very satisfactory to a successful Exchange date after many delays along the way, with Spencers assisting in chasing Agents, Buyers, Solicitors along the way Thank you for your excellent service you provided to us; potentially the Best Estate Agents in Dorset.

Breath of fresh air thanks for a a great service Jamie x- 1st May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Communication is very bad have to chase them and most of the times I call they do not answer this I feel puts off potential buyers and at best slows down communication Quality of the pictures was not great and had to be redone Make bookings for viewings when we were not there - did not confirm with us before making the appointment

10th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)The property didn’t sell. The asking price was high to start with, but I admired their ambition. The market isn’t great, so I doubt it was the endeavours of the agent to blame. Pleasant enough and efficient enough, but one black mark was a viewing that I only found out about after the event.

23rd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Dealt with Malcom (Steeden) and Matt in his absence. Malcolm was responsive and showed a keen interest to be involved with the sale. Gave some constructive advice, which we followed and delighted with the results both in terms of the viewing, all undertaken by Goadsby, and the follow-up to these. End result was a sale effected quickly at a price in excess of our expectations. Very pleased with the regular contact and overall experience.

11th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)The service we had from Winkworth from the start to finish was fabulous. We listed with Winkworth initially because the house we wanted was listed with them, and I am so glad we did. They kept us informed of at all steps in the process. They provided feedback we received from viewings - no matter how silly some of the feedback was. They communicated with us and all people (buyers, sellers, mortgage advisors, surveyors and solicitors) in the chain and helped to move things along when we honestly felt like things were grinding to a halt and I was ready to give up on our buyers. Moving is was a very stressful process, but, Nikki, Immogen and Hannah made it that much less stressful.

25th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)Very disapointed with the service. We picked this agency because of the positive reviews. We signed up on a 13 week contract. At the end of the contract littlewoods never contacted us to see if we wanted to renew it. We assumed they were not intrested in signing a new contract and had lost interest in selling the property. We ended up e mailing them and asking for the keys back, and told them we felt that they had lost interest in the property. They replied and said they would drop the keys of the following day. This never happened, and we ended up having to call in and pick up the keys. Very dissapointing.

27th Sep 2025 (8 mo. ago)Not your usual estate agents ! Down to earth, professional, efficient, helpful & friendly. Independent agents who work on the sellers behalf (many agents seem to forget this!). We have had experience of many agents, mostly abysmal, so Becky & Gaynor are a refreshing change. Highly recommend this Fordingbridge based Company. We have just sold our property, through them & it wasn't the smoothest of sales, but made easier by having these guys being 100% on the ball.
20th May 2026 (27 days ago)First off, when viewing the property, we were told that we would have parking spaces on the drive, which was very important to us. After moving in, a neighbour informed us that the spaces did not actually belong to the property. The landlord later confirmed that due to planning permission, the spaces belonged to the neighbours and the agents should never have advertised them as ours. When moving out, we even returned the keys early. After the checkout, we found ourselves constantly chasing the estate agents regarding our deposit. We were told to contact the landlord directly, despite renting through the agents, not him. After 4 weeks, the landlord finally agreed to a deduction amount and informed the agents, but they still didn’t bother updating us by email, so once again we had to chase for information ourselves. It took 4 and a half weeks to finally receive our deposit back. I would not rent through this company again. Although you rent through them, they seem to want nothing to do with you afterwards. Emails were ignored, there was very little help provided, and we were given incorrect information simply to encourage us to rent through them.
