1st Apr 2023 (3 years ago)Slades Bransgore were excellent. Nathaniel who dealt with this sale was very helpful. We completed three months from when they started marketing this property. My only concern with Slades as a whole was the valuation by another branch which was too optimistic. I only achieved 83% of the original valuation in October. Bransgore Slades were more realistic. I achieved 92% of their valuation.

25th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)I would definitely recommend Austin and Wyatt as an estate agent they have been helpful with both the selling and looking for a property for me.They brought photos of previous properties sold in my area and recommend a price to sell for. The first two buyers both made offers so l was able to compare and choose a buyers thanks once again yours K. Nineham.
29th Mar 2023 (3 years ago)Spencer's maintained an excellent partnership throughout each n every enquiry from commications to negotiations to finalising Exchange and Completion dates. Losing the first chain to a developer pulling out at the exchange jaws was a setback but did not reduce the optimism of the Spencer's team if Mark, Will, Matt, Abigail and Christy. The market experienced a slight reduction at this time with a slowing of demand so we reviewed our sales strategies and felt a price reduction was necessary. Ultimately this tactic proved very successful, with the Spencer's teaming finding many potential buyers with many offers as one proved very satisfactory to a successful Exchange date after many delays along the way, with Spencers assisting in chasing Agents, Buyers, Solicitors along the way Thank you for your excellent service you provided to us; potentially the Best Estate Agents in Dorset.

1st May 2026 (5 mo. ago)Communication is very bad have to chase them and most of the times I call they do not answer this I feel puts off potential buyers and at best slows down communication Quality of the pictures was not great and had to be redone Make bookings for viewings when we were not there - did not confirm with us before making the appointment

16th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)The friendly, hard working and professional team at Fells Gulliver went above and beyond to ensure the smooth progress of the whole chain when we bought a house they were selling. They worked tirelessly to support us, with regular communication and updates. They were always honest, helpful and patient. Having had a glimpse of how hard it is to manage a chain, their calm, cheerful resilience made a stressful time bearable with the most fantastic outcome. They are not only great estate agents, they are genuinely lovely decent people. We won’t be moving again for a long time as we are now living in our dream home but when we do, we will use Fells Gulliver. We have no hesitation it recommending them wholeheartedly.
23rd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Dealt with Malcom (Steeden) and Matt in his absence. Malcolm was responsive and showed a keen interest to be involved with the sale. Gave some constructive advice, which we followed and delighted with the results both in terms of the viewing, all undertaken by Goadsby, and the follow-up to these. End result was a sale effected quickly at a price in excess of our expectations. Very pleased with the regular contact and overall experience.

25th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Very disapointed with the service. We picked this agency because of the positive reviews. We signed up on a 13 week contract. At the end of the contract littlewoods never contacted us to see if we wanted to renew it. We assumed they were not intrested in signing a new contract and had lost interest in selling the property. We ended up e mailing them and asking for the keys back, and told them we felt that they had lost interest in the property. They replied and said they would drop the keys of the following day. This never happened, and we ended up having to call in and pick up the keys. Very dissapointing.

27th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)Not your usual estate agents ! Down to earth, professional, efficient, helpful & friendly. Independent agents who work on the sellers behalf (many agents seem to forget this!). We have had experience of many agents, mostly abysmal, so Becky & Gaynor are a refreshing change. Highly recommend this Fordingbridge based Company. We have just sold our property, through them & it wasn't the smoothest of sales, but made easier by having these guys being 100% on the ball.
25th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)My house moving was an easy process with Wooley and Wallis. I saw a house, I liked it, made an offer and it was accepted. It fell through when my buyer fell through but luckily I got another offer and that was fine. Staff are all friendly and they gave us a bottle of bubbles on moving day. The rest of the moving process was a complete nightmare but the estate agents were all lovely.

Even before the meeting it was clear that Darcie had taken the trouble to ensure that safe and comfortable parking had bee arranged for us. She was also punctual and exuded a professional, polite and cheerful disposition. Having viewed several previous properties with different agents, we were pleasantly surprised with the in depth knowledge Darcie had gained in respect of the property we were viewing.<br><br>We had prepared a list of questions, some of which had a technical or legalistic style, Darcie handled these questions in a calm and helpful way. She was confident and well read on the subjects. She was also diplomatic when dealing with questions that touched on matters of privacy and rights of others. For example explaining the background to adjoining land acquisition and the way in which this was outside of her remit.<br><br>In short Darcie represented her company with an easy going but knowledgeable style. She was never pushy and this added to her credibility, In our opinion she is an absolute credit to Fox and Sons Fordingbridge
