30th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I cannot recommend this estate agency highly enough! Renting can often be a stressful process, but the team ( Edward and Fiona????????????) here made everything completely seamless. They are exceptionally professional, efficient, and genuinely supportive. Most importantly, they were entirely non-judgmental about my personal circumstances, treating me and my partner with absolute kindness and respect from day one. It is rare to find such high standards of customer care and empathy in the industry. Thank you for making our move such a positive experience.
19th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)My late father's bungalow had been on the market for months with another local agent, which achieved only two viewings in all this time. Hearnes found the right buyer within a week and the move has completed. Superb service. Only agent to use in Ringwood in my opinion.
11th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)We were very happy with the service and speed of our sale.
23rd Oct 2026 (9 days ago)A first class experience from viewing to exchange of contracts.
Victoria was attentive, understanding and proactive in resolving numerous problems on the way through our purchase.
She went above and beyond to address the complications of a sale where many would have failed.
Always polite, helpful and courteous and good humoured throughout a roller coaster chain -complicated sale,
After a 35 year career in Agency myself ,this is how it’s done.
Thank you!
Highly recommended
Mark Rushton-Maynard
17th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)From start to finish the service they provided was first class. The house we sold was a probate property and I live 100miles away so needed an agent I could trust. Richard led the sale and went above and beyond to help us through an emotional few months. We were guided through every stage with sound advice and expert knowledge . We were given updates after each viewing and I found I could ring any of the team with any issue and know that my query was dealt with promptly . When the chain broke a week before exchange the whole office went above and beyond to get the house back on the market and we had 2 viewings booked within 24hrs. Every step of the way they provided first class support. I have no hesitation in recommending them to sell or buy a property and am so glad I chose them . Thankyou to everyone in the team
3rd Jul 2025 (1 year ago)I realise it’s a difficult market but they spend a lot of time telling you how good they are and not being proactive. They are the local agents so they tend to be busy. It seems they have too much work to make a job of marketing any single property.
27th Oct 2026 (5 days ago)Buying our new home was made so much easier thanks to the wonderful work of Justin at Ross Nicholas. He helped us through the whole process with care and professionalism, keeping us updated each step of the way. We can’t thank him enough and would happily recommend Ross Nicholas to anyone looking to buy a property. Thank you!
17th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)All round excellent service
5th Aug 2026 (13 weeks ago)Good initial contact and regular updates. Underlying valuation proved slightly higher than the market would suggest.
17th Sep 2024 (2 years ago)Communication from the agent was poor with no proactive updates even on one occasion after a 2nd viewing. They did little to promote our house without prompting from us.
21st Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)We had a viewing arranged with Jared last week, and we couldn’t have been more impressed with his service.

Jared went above and beyond to accommodate us, booking the viewing outside of normal working hours and, when we got stuck in traffic, kindly waited for us on a Friday evening. He then spent a great deal of time at the property with us, never making us feel rushed.

He was friendly, informative and, most importantly, very honest and transparent, which we really appreciated. He explained lots about the property and the process involved and was incredibly helpful throughout.

Jared is a real credit to the team and is a great example of excellent customer service. Thank you again, Jared!
13th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Made life easy and helped me the whole way through- 19th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Everyone at Spencer’s have been extremely professional and helpful. Going that extra mile to ensure the sale of our property has gone as smoothly as possible. Thank you.
28th Oct 2026 (4 days ago)I had an excellent experience selling my home through Brantons. Their communication was fantastic, and they were both responsive and highly accommodating. Would definitely recommend!
13th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)Very professional, easy to work with
10th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Very friendly and helpful staff. Made the whole moving experience less stressful and easy contact and help. Great ??????

30th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had a great experience with the team. They were extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the process. A special mention to Joe, who was excellent during our two house viewings—very friendly, informative, and helpful.
I really appreciate the time and effort they put in and look forward to doing business with them in the future. Highly recommended! 10/10
Thank you.
Fells New Forest Property - Ringwood
5-7 Southampton Road, Ringwood, Hampshire, BH24 1HB(178 reviews)
11th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Very good, presented well, answered my questions and were very efficient with viewings and feedback.
15th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Agents who conduct the viewings are engaging, thorough , personable & keen. Office staff are difficult to achieve telephone responses/call backs & after sales service needs improvement as does the accuracy of the information they provide you with when administering a long-winded exchange. Fee's were better than others & at the end of the day, they achieved two buyers for us as the first fell through due to a break in the chain - proof is in the pudding as they say! Would use again but keep more of an eye on the detail & not sit back believing its being monitored.
