2nd Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Very bad service, lost tens thousands on tenant who did not pay them the rent, they did nothing had to chase constantly, very poor service by the male owner, not professional at all, they did not serve documents on bad tenants, lack of knowledge and would never use them or trust them. Had to get legal on them to gt anything. Aggressive owner and unprofessional disgusting behaviour.
10th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)From the initial valuation to completion the process was very smooth. The team at Winkworth did all the legal work to get my property sold and even helped removing the furniture I had at the Property.

17th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)I have dealth with agents in the past and it wasnt joyful. Dealing with Teresa, Jana and Mark was professional...they sold 2 properties for me. Selling is a nightmare in the UK so it wasnt without its problems but I was always guided well through the selling chaos. I would adopt Theresa and Jana.
14th Feb 2023 (3 years ago)The only estate agents to use when it comes to selling and letting your properties, as they are professional, their knowledge is the best I’ve ever come across in two decades and they work extra hard to get the results, their photos, descriptions, and team are rare to the market. I’ve always been in the safest hands when it comes to our properties and investments

5th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)H&S has a brilliant photographer who took great pictures of our house. Over 12 weeks H&S found us 3 viewers none of which put an offer in. Taking a break & will list again in Spring.
4th Dec 2025 (19 weeks ago)It was a very emotional time for me because as executor I was selling my recently deceased mother’s house. I relied on Knights Residential advice on getting her house ready for sale and the kind of selling price we could expect to achieve. Also as I had not lived in the area personally for over 30 years I relied on Kinghts Residential for recommendations on the solicitors to use. In the end I ended up selling the house to a family member. The whole process was made easier because we all accepted the professional advice from Tony Koumourou Sales Director.
29th Sep 2021 (4 years ago)They had only 1 person who deals with sales who was rude, bully & lie to our face. Wish the lady who showed us the house handled the sell. I would never use this person to represent us when we sell & treat potential buyers like he treated us.

12th Jul 2023 (2 years ago)Reccomend only for people who like to complain, for those who live life according steriotipical, conditioned life model 9-5, 5 days a week, drinking on Fridays, Saturdays having a hangover on Sundays, hating Mondays and watching TV every night. As this managing agent going always satisfy the complainant needs without trying understand and bring both parties for clear face to face communication. Yes I am writing this review because I am deeply upset with regards recent email from Eddie. As working from office gives him a very clear perception of what actually going on in a communal garden. Also I am going try to do my best to find my daughter's picture of her bruised leg after she tripped into a hole that had no cover in a communal garden at the beginning of our tenancy. Wishing for this agency to grow and develop new ways of communicating and bring people together rather than divide them in wrong and right. ???? P. S I just have a feeling that this agency just afraid of loosing false sense of control and are really based on fear. Plus I take full responsibility of the things kidos are doing in communal areas. ????- This agent doesn't have any reviews
