18th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)Had a very positive experience using Brinsons to let my property. Megan Cannon and Abigail Bright kept me well informed and answered all my questions of which there were many being a 1st time landlord. They are very knowledgeable and i would recommend them both.

I dealt mainly with Chloe and she was brilliant at communicating throughout the whole process, always returning calls or emails promptly and giving regularupdates. She actually saved me a big delay, due to my surveyors, by noticing they hadn't been in touch with the vendor after they told we they would be. Overall I would highly recommend.

Communication was excellent no delays in responding to anything and everything their end was done so quickly, Their presentation skills for the advertising of the property was amazing. No faults at all, would definitely recommend using Louvain and Chloe if you are selling a property,

Throughout the whole process, Gareth has been nothing but open, honest, supportive and professional. We’ve had a bit of an up-and-down journey with property sales, through no fault of anyone’s, but Gareth has been there every step of the way, offering reassurance, advice and support whenever we’ve needed it. The sale of our other property went through smoothly, and Gareth was absolutely amazing throughout. His communication has been second to none. He’s always kept us updated, been completely transparent and, if there was ever something he didn’t know, he made sure he found out and came back to us. What really sets Gareth apart is that he genuinely cares about the people he’s helping. You’re not just another sale to him. He’s gone above and beyond for us, and what started as a professional relationship has turned into a genuine friendship. 2nd Oct 2026 (30 days ago)We used Mel for the sale of our property, after being let down from our first estate agent.<br>All I can say is I wished I had used Mel from the start. She was always more than happy to assist with any questions that I had & was extremely helpful for our first time buyers to help them with the process. We had a bit of a situation with solicitors, but Mel was onto them, chasing and efficiently got everything organised.<br>I would highly recommend Mel if you’re looking to sell your house!
