They are extremely helpful and professional also always available to answer a call or in person questions and help the best that they can. We have established a great relationship with them where I have total trust in their advice and help. It has really been an easy ride having Varosi as my letting agents. Thanks Freddie

17th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)I have dealth with agents in the past and it wasnt joyful. Dealing with Teresa, Jana and Mark was professional...they sold 2 properties for me. Selling is a nightmare in the UK so it wasnt without its problems but I was always guided well through the selling chaos. I would adopt Theresa and Jana.

They were instrumental in getting things over the line, and I truly cannot thank them enough. While the process itself was far from easy and not something I’d want to go through again, having the Baker and Chase team by my side made all the difference. 20th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)When I enquired about a property’s asking price and the seller’s position, I was met with terse, dismissive replies from the female agent I spoke to on the phone - a remarkably unhelpful attitude towards a serious buyer. I decided to proceed with the viewing regardless, but communication remained poor throughout. Afterwards, I submitted a formal offer, which was completely ignored. I never received any confirmation or follow-up, and it appeared my offer may not even have been passed to the vendors - which, if true, would be a breach of legal duty. The overall experience suggested a lack of basic organisation, professionalism, and integrity. For sellers, that should be alarming; for buyers, it’s simply exasperating. I would strongly advise caution when dealing with this agency.

Could not have asked for more.- 26th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)This is the worst service I’ve ever received from any company. Since Day 1, they don’t reply usually when you’re asking questions. They postpone many things and lied about some issues. For Example, our fridge has been broken because it was old we’ve asked them a couple of times and they said they’ve already ordered a new one but we could see when they’ve ordered. You need to chase them for anything. The most disappointing part was, they’ve tried to charge the thing or issues that have been already damaged from the deposit I paid. It’s been almost 2 months and they didn’t refund my deposit. I said ok for many things just for the sake to receive our deposit back. They’ve even tried to charge 275£ for cleaning and I said OK even my flat was not much clean when I moved in. They tried to charge cutlery which belongs to a former tenant or an already broken clothes hanger. When we asked for the kitchen stuff or replacing these things they said “ These are personal things, and we cannot supply” but at the end of the tenancy, they tried to charge. I strongly DON’T suggest working with this agency. If you can find another place to move in go with them. They are the worst! They don’t do what they need to do. I’d like to suggest taking a photo of every inch of the flat! Every single detail is just for keeping a record on your own. As I said don’t work with them, if you need to take photos and keep send them for recording.

Any questions that I had have been promptly dealt with. I was able to move in to my new place reasonably quickly. I have also been contacted by few other agents at VIA Properties and with confidence can recommend these estate agents to others.

He takes a wonderfully modern approach to property in how he markets, communicates and treats buyers/sellers. We always knew exactly where we stood thanks to his quick and transparent responses. We were in near constant collaboration in everything from deciding listing price and sales strategy to scheduling viewings and surveys. We’ve gone to him for advice on our onward purchase which he provided gladly even though he isn’t the listing agent. He is who you want to work with, and he’s assembling a great team (ie Piers) to support him.
