2nd Mar 2025 (1 year ago)My communication with Winkworth was on and off. During that intermittent interaction with one of their agent, he sounded professional and very eager to assist with the selling. Overall Winkworth tried their best to sell my property but unfortunately was unsuccessful.

10th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)This review is specifically only for Kevin, who I would wholeheartedly recommend based on my personal experience of working with him over many years.<br><br>Kevin was the estate agent who originally helped us purchase this house, so when it eventually came time to sell it, there was really only one person we wanted to deal with. By then, Kevin had moved to a different company, but we wanted only him again because of the excellent experience we had with him when we bought the property.<br><br>Selling the house was particularly challenging because I was not in the country, but Kevin made the entire process remarkably straightforward. He coordinated everything from arranging viewings and collecting keys to organising the required surveys, liaising with neighbours and dealing with all the practical details that needed to be managed locally. I always felt that things were being taken care of, even though I was thousands of miles away.<br><br>What sets Kevin apart is his approach. He is incredibly professional, calm and accommodating without ever being pushy or forceful. He listens, gives realistic advice about pricing and timelines, responds promptly and appropriately to emails, and genuinely makes you feel that he is working with you rather than simply trying to make a sale.<br><br>There is one phrase of Kevin’s that has stayed with me over the years. Whenever you asked him to do something, his response was invariably, “Leave it with me.” And that is exactly how you felt dealing with him—you could leave it with him and trust that he would sort it out.<br><br>From helping us buy the house to helping us sell it years later, Kevin has been consistently excellent. Finding him again specifically to sell our property was one of the best decisions we made.<br><br>A true gentleman, highly professional and exceptionally reliable. If you are looking for someone who will guide you properly, communicate honestly and take the stress out of the process, I would wholeheartedly recommend Kevin.

23rd Mar 2026 (25 weeks ago)Craig Anthony Ashcroft & Mrs Beverley Gepp of The property studio Barnet ltd are decietful and have no regard at all about the rights of those living adjacent to their tenants. AVOID like the plague. Won’t even send anything over that counteracts HM Land registry official documents. Enabling trespassing and harassment. Blocking our sunlight and failing to even provide a time or date when it’s being cut. No parking in their tenants AST. Yet they take up not one but 2 parking bays in the car park when their 1 space is allocated around the corner. Ridicules those with disabilities and refuse to make reasonable adjustments under equality act 2010 to write back on email. LEGAL ACTION PENDING against them and to the redress scheme they are subscribed to. 0/10

They kept me informed throughout, made sure things were progressing until it was clear that the original buyer was found to be untrustworthy and had changed his mind! They then found another keen buyer who had been kept on the back burner, from several months beforehand, which ensured a swift and seamless completion. Thank you for helping me gain closure as I say goodbye to my former family home. Thank you Spencer & Sener! Will be in touch when I need to downsize on my own property.

Before buying this house, I had tried to purchase a property through another estate agency, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing and I didn’t feel supported or helped at all.<br><br>This time, the experience was completely different. The estate agency was fantastic from start to finish, and David in particular was absolutely brilliant. He was professional, friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. He kept me informed throughout the process, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible.<br><br>Buying a house can be a stressful experience, but having someone like David who is genuinely helpful and supportive makes such a huge difference. I’m extremely happy with the service I received and very grateful for all his help in getting me into my new home.<br><br>Fantastic estate agency and excellent service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property!

We would not hesitate to recommend Lowther Estate Agents to anyone.<br>We have had to work with 4 estate agents over the last 2 years for various reasons and Lowthers were by far the best. Richard was our agent and point of contact right throughout the process, for both our purchase and our sale. He was exceptional - and everything we wanted from our agent. He was available, accessible, down to earth, accommodating with requests, never pushy - and he supplied regular communications and updates. He understood that the move was a major life event for us and he managed the whole process calmly and professionally, chasing where necessary and advising as required. Queries were answered very promptly, every time, via phone call or WhatsApp.<br>Our experience was that as a small family run business, Lowther Estate Agents were far better equipped than the bigger chains to give us the time and personal service we wanted, with Richard and Toni-Ann working together to manage the whole process.
