2nd Mar 2025 (1 year ago)My communication with Winkworth was on and off. During that intermittent interaction with one of their agent, he sounded professional and very eager to assist with the selling. Overall Winkworth tried their best to sell my property but unfortunately was unsuccessful.

23rd Mar 2026 (19 weeks ago)Craig Anthony Ashcroft & Mrs Beverley Gepp of The property studio Barnet ltd are decietful and have no regard at all about the rights of those living adjacent to their tenants. AVOID like the plague. Won’t even send anything over that counteracts HM Land registry official documents. Enabling trespassing and harassment. Blocking our sunlight and failing to even provide a time or date when it’s being cut. No parking in their tenants AST. Yet they take up not one but 2 parking bays in the car park when their 1 space is allocated around the corner. Ridicules those with disabilities and refuse to make reasonable adjustments under equality act 2010 to write back on email. LEGAL ACTION PENDING against them and to the redress scheme they are subscribed to. 0/10

I was guided from start to finish by the helpful team, who were all friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The advice and guidance given helped navigate through what are tricky times on the housing market: the guidance on how best to market my house proved effective and I quickly had a good offer. With ongoing help from the Chas Lowe team, I felt confident and supported. The sale is now completed with no 'hiccups' and I am really glad I used their services.
17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Richard and Toni-Ann Lowther are without doubt the perfect blueprint for estate agents.<br>In a very difficult domestic market, to my eternal regret, I first tried a very large firm of estate agents who tried what turned out to be every trick in the book to tell me black was white until I finally, totally lost confidence.<br>Having failed to achieve a single viewing over a considerable time, I cancelled the agreement at which point they had the affrontery to rest on the contract and demand hundreds pounds compensation from me.<br><br>How refreshing when I then engaged the highly professional Lowthers, the very definition of personal service. They found a buyer for me.<br>Having built and owned my own engineering business for 50 years it was so refreshing to be treated in what some describe as ‘Old School’ but with the latest technology.<br><br>A perfect trust-builder with 100% result!- This agent doesn't have any reviews
