28th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Very rude and unprofessional owner. He shouted at me simply for looking at the property listings outside the agency. My wife and I are currently looking to buy a house or flat in Little Venice, so we were naturally looking at properties in the area.

He treated me as though he thought I was a criminal or that I was doing something wrong, which I found extremely rude and intimidating. The entire interaction was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I would not recommend dealing with this agency.
29th Apr 2026 (23 weeks ago)Highly recommend. Louis is professional, responsive and always follows through.
24th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)It has been a pleasure to have you as my agent and would not hesitate in recommending you to others. Your level of customer service is exceptional and I felt I could totally trust you. Thank you for everything you did to make the process smooth and as stress free as possible.

11th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)I have known Bens Properties for last 4 years. They have provided an excellent service and has always found the right tenants for my properties. Very professional, polite and efficient. Highly recommend Bens Properties!
19th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)I rarely bother to write reviews but this is the best experience I’ve ever had with an agent. Have been with them for 6 years and they’re friendly, helpful, reliable, always prompt with any assistance (even during holiday periods), and they’re very transparent and honest, and really understand the market.

5th Aug 2024 (2 years ago)Team was fantastic always kept us updated on the progress am very friendly got £5k above asking price brilliant definitely recommend
20th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)Unprofessional agency. Tried to call them today several times, but nobody picked up. When they did pick up, they told me they’ll call me back after 15 minutes without even taking my number. It’s been an hour now, no one called. If that’s how it is from the beginning, then I will not be giving them my money.
8th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)We had the pleasure of dealing with Ameet Radia, and we found him to be always very professional, polite and humble. Ameet, always kept us well informed and answered all our queries. Throughout the whole process he was always available to calm our fears and answer all questions. Thank you Ameet Sahib for all your good work and delivering what you promised.

9th Jul 2021 (5 years ago)They have a perfect problem solving and customer service. Lily from capital estate in Finchley helped me with some payments and she is always willing to help.
16th Aug 2026 (8 weeks ago)Awful estate agents, nobody comes to show you the property and relies on the tenant to let you in. Tenant wasn't answering so couldn't see the property, Hansi was ignoring all calls so didn't know what was going on, waste of time and money getting to a viewing to stand outside. Wonder if tenant gets the commission since they're doing the work.
19th Aug 2026 (7 weeks ago)Had a really good experience renting with them. Communication was easy, they were quick to reply whenever I had a question, and everything was pretty straightforward throughout the tenancy. No complaints from me and I’d be happy to rent through them again.
