Terrible communication and zero response for 2 months I have been asking the lettings team for two months regarding a broken door closer at my property, and I have been completely ignored. Agents have a legal responsibility to maintain property fixtures, but this agency completely ghosts tenants once they've moved in. Very pathetic !! From Renters View : Very Pathetic, may be 1 Star From Home Owner's View : Very Nice After all they must be getting from Home Owner's, and not from the people who rent through them. Why I say that, because the staff would only listen to Landlord, and never to the Renters. I have had lot of issues with the apartment that i am living in, i complained to them, and apparently they can't do anything. However, based on my conversation with Landlord which apparently they didn't like few words, i got an instant call from Chase Macmillan passing the feedback to me. I would have expected a similar level of openness from both sides. I doubt what kind of values as a company they have. Not at all customer friendly at least in my case !! I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this estate agent. From the very beginning, their communication was virtually non-existent, and despite being given multiple opportunities to improve, they consistently failed to deliver even the most basic level of customer service.<br><br>They showed a complete lack of respect for my time, with poor organisation, broken promises and an overall disregard for keeping clients informed. To make matters worse, the staff came across as incredibly rude, dismissive and arrogant throughout the process which didn’t even get far!<br><br>Having dealt with numerous estate agents over the past few years, I can honestly say this has been, without question, the worst experience I have ever had. Professionalism, communication, and customer care were all severely lacking. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable or trustworthy estate agent.
