I gave them an apartment complete with everything to manage and it was returned to me empty. they also took away the television and the microwave oven, as well as the table and armchairs and various furnishings. the tragic thing is that I was told that this is how it is used in London. I think it's theft.
9th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Terrible communication and zero response for 2 months I have been asking the lettings team for two months regarding a broken door closer at my property, and I have been completely ignored. Agents have a legal responsibility to maintain property fixtures, but this agency completely ghosts tenants once they've moved in. If you are looking for a reliable managing agent that actually responds to repair requests, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. Extremely disappointing customer service.

4th Aug 2019 (7 years ago)Benjamin was very quick, efficient and answered all of our queries sometimes even late at night. The rental was made very easy, and the communications were very clear and good throughout, including contracts and guarantor agreements. Despite multiple people involved in different locations in our rental, everything went very smoothly and to the dates we all wanted. Would highly recommend

From Renters View : Very Pathetic, may be 1 Star From Home Owner's View : Very Nice After all they must be getting from Home Owner's, and not from the people who rent through them. Why I say that, because the staff would only listen to Landlord, and never to the Renters. I have had lot of issues with the apartment that i am living in, i complained to them, and apparently they can't do anything. However, based on my conversation with Landlord which apparently they didn't like few words, i got an instant call from Chase Macmillan passing the feedback to me. I would have expected a similar level of openness from both sides. I doubt what kind of values as a company they have. Not at all customer friendly at least in my case !! The issues with the apartment continues though... it's been three months now ...

From the very beginning, their communication was virtually non-existent, and despite being given multiple opportunities to improve, they consistently failed to deliver even the most basic level of customer service.<br><br>They showed a complete lack of respect for my time, with poor organisation, broken promises and an overall disregard for keeping clients informed. To make matters worse, the staff came across as incredibly rude, dismissive and arrogant throughout the process which didn’t even get far!<br><br>Having dealt with numerous estate agents over the past few years, I can honestly say this has been, without question, the worst experience I have ever had. Professionalism, communication, and customer care were all severely lacking. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable or trustworthy estate agent. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
