What really stood out was the good knowledge of both the building and the area (not an experience I had with other estate agents!). I also felt throughout the process they helped in smoothing things over, right to the very end. Would definitely recommend!

Ronnie has been nothing short of amazing, always at hand to help with any questions I've had. Couldn't recommend them enough!

A special thank you to Terry and Katrin who was incredibly helpful and approachable at every stage. No matter how many questions we had, Terry was always available to assist and made everything much easier for us. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend Jeremy Leaf & Co. to anyone looking for a smooth and supportive experience.

5th Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)My experience with this agency has been extremely disappointing. From the start, communication was almost impossible — we called and sent several messages for over a week before anyone responded. When someone finally did, they were rude and even hung up on us. Despite that, we gave them another chance and eventually managed to view a property we were genuinely interested in. Throughout the process, there was no accountability, no apology for the poor communication, and very little professionalism. After making an offer, we were told the landlord needed tenants to move in within a week, which was completely unrealistic. We waited days for updates, only to be told later that we should continue our search elsewhere. This entire process wasted two weeks of our time and left us feeling disrespected and frustrated. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this agency unless they seriously improve their communication, professionalism, and respect for clients.

They have provided an excellent service to me as a landlord and to our tenants. Have no hesitation in recommending this agency.
22nd Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Hawks, in particular Jasmine, was fantastic. I bought the second flat I viewed. Jasmine was really personable, answered all my questions (including following up via e-mail as needed), and supported me throughout the process. I am a first time buyer so didn’t know anything about the necessary steps so Jasmine and her colleague (Sandip) helped guide and prepare me throughout. I definitely recommend using Hawks and Jasmine.
20th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)This is a horrible letting agency. They took all of our deposit, the entire two month deposit. £2500 gone. They WILL exploit you. They will take your money. I even paid close to £300 on the professional cleaning service that this good for nothing agency suggested. We paid all of our rents on time, all bills on time. Kept the property like we were living in our own home. If you are unfortunate enough to have to take a house with them i suggest you do not engage with agent called LUKE PEGG. if you are hearing from this man they will be taking your money. I hope this agency goes out of business. No one reads comments but if you are reading this AVOID SAMUEL ESTATE AND LUKE PEGG. Scam, exploitative, unprofessional.
30th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)I was a tenant with Chas Lowe over the last 10 years, having only just recently moved from East Barnet. The landlord-tenant experience has been excellent throughout. All issues or concerns, whether small or large, were dealt with promptly and with understanding. Basic but fundamentally important issues like an annual gas safety check happened seamlessly and, similarly, when there was an electrical concern, with a faulty plug socket, for example, this was dealt with timeously and professionally. Roger was the key agent during the tenancy and he deserves enormous praise for his approachable, honest and helpful communication at all points. The tenancy was in a block of flats managed by Chas Lowe and, again, when issues arose these were always attended to promptly. In fact, on one ocassion, the security light bulb was replaced within two hours of reporting it - thanks, Lorna! Five stars from me all around.
